A single employee was working and despite him handling everything himself (making sandwiches, drive through, cash register, etc.), he maintained the most professional demeanor. He exhibited exceptional customer service skills, apologized for the wait and really showed that he cared. Candidly, wasn't expecting such great service at a random Subway during our 13 hour drive but really pleased we visited this location. Whoever the owner is, this young man is a compliment to your franchise and I hope you take good care of him.
