Breakfast burrito was cold and gross but I did get 6 packets of picante sauce with it for some reason when 1 would suffice. Carmel iced coffee was handed to me dripping with coffee and syrup all over the outside of the cup. Got all over my hands and dripped on my clothes. I had to wait to get my bag of food with napkins to clean it up before I could put it down. Coffee taste was not great, very burnt. The only saving grace was the hashbrown which was good/standard. I wouldn't have written this review had this been the first time but the poor quality seems to be par for the course with this Spring Grove McDonald's franchisee location. This is the last time I make the mistake of grabbing breakfast at this location out of convenience. I urge you to drive another 5 minutes down the road to fox lake where they have their stuff together and their quality of food and service is up to standards.

Went to track order as we arrived and no information available. Went into the store to note the issue and find out where my order was. The clueless cashier who was more interested in talking with the teenagers in the store was unable to figure out where my order was since I was a door dash driver. He walked away flustered. The oldest person working there came up and found that clueless had actually DELETED my order. No apologies, just her yelling at clueless saying it was his fault and barking orders to get it made. Then found out later they forgot to add guacamole and extra beef to a nachos bellgrande. Guess the price of frozen horse meat is going up. While waiting for my order, I noted clueless who was working the drive thru window was spending more time bantering with his clique in the dining room. A new member of his clique came in the store and took the entire container (including the actual container) full of Fire Sauce packets and left the building. Not even a flinch. Finally got my order and decided to verify the order was complete since this location never gets orders right. Finally got the order right not missing anything but as noted earlier found nachos were not made properly. This winning crew had packed the order in such a small bag as I tried to leave the bag ripped and contents hit the floor. One of the workers who slightly attentive asked if I wanted the order remade. After the numerous screwups I basically told him no and left with then broken order. I have sent complaints to the company about the APP screw up and issues and still nothing.
