Got my sandwich and cookies and drink just as i should simple and clean nothing else to report my stomach is happy

This location accepts coupons! Today I ordered a 6 inch rotisserie chicken on Italian herbs and cheese with pepper jack cheese, toasted, with creamy garlic aioli and all the veggies. The employee making my sandwich was very nice! The store was clean and looked to have a bathroom for customers. The sandwich itself was a bit lackluster. The bread seemed a lot more dense than usual and the sandwich itself was small because of that. read more

I just went and ordered from this Subway and they were very stingy when preparing their sandwiches I have never been to a subway where you had to ask to add more lettuce or even olives we had to tell her twice what we wanted on our sandwiches and she said flat bread was discontinued at its clearly still on the menu. I would not recommend going here you will get ripped off and not get your moneys worth and the restroom did not toilet seat covers or soap to wash your hands how unsanitary they should be reported to department of health. read more

Don't go here. I asked for italian bread on all my sandwiches ended up with white bread. I also asked for extra meat Also got none. The employee mumble the whole time giving me service. Couldn't hear him for nothing. Subway is really good at Hiring there brain fart employees family members and letting them run there 5 star review to zero with no consequences. read more

Horrible customer service at this location. Very short answered when asking a question about the menu, my father has a hard time hearing and they would just flat out ignore him if he asked them to repeat. My mom doesn't eat beef so we asked for ham instead of the roast beef in a sandwich that had 3 meats, they said it would be extra charge for more ham over roast beef. This Subway is very reliable. The lines are usually pretty long during lunchtime, which, in my estimation, is a good thing. I don't mind waiting 5 minutes at a Subway if it ensures that the food I'm getting hasn't been sitting out for 48 hours. The number of customers here basically guarantees that you're getting food that's somewhat fresh, even if it's weird and processed. Friendly staff, quick workers, and no problems here in many years of eating at this place. Nice job. read more

I work swing and on my lunch break decided to head here, it was 9:30pm, the place closes at 10pm, says it on the door and their website. When I got there the doors were locked and there were 2 girls in there just staring at me thru the glass as I tugged on the door. All this past week they have been closing up early, I can understand 5 to 10 min early, but a whole half hour? Don't get me wrong, I love eating subway. However, I am writing a low review for this store simply because they never listen to me when I place a mobile order. I order ahead on the app because I'm usually on a time crunch. You are able to type in specific instructions for your order on the app. I always type things like "add caesar dressing" because they don't have a button for that or "cut in 3 pieces". I've probably ordered online 7 different times and only once have they actually read my instructions. What's the point of having this feature if you won't bother to read it? I don't have the time to have them correct the issue and I'm left with unsatisfaction every time. I understand you can't always be perfect, but 1/7 times is ridiculous. Giving it three stars only because I had a not so good experience went in just looking for some soup a older white male just got done ringing up a little family while in the process of telling me the soups when I asked he is blank faced and the runs off I guess he forgot to ring the people he just got done with up for something was kind of disappointing due to the fact he didn't excuse himself and while I'm waiting he walks back in with the guest and starts to ring them up for something but this nice young gentleman took over and showed what customer service was really about and helped me all the way which really made me happy to see as for the older white gentleman take lessons man take lessons I guess it ain't always true when they say the older the wiser but oh well oh yea and the guy that was no helps name was Kevin read more

Clean subway with an outdoor seating area. They punched my order wrong and charged me the wrong amount. Took a while to get a refund.

Horrible customer service. I was waiting in line for 22 minuets and it was my turn & I got close to the counter when one frees up and no one asked if I needed help all of them was just chit chatting and when another guy comes in they all started helping him. The sandwiches were great -- the help was better We were traveling south on Hgwy 99 and stopped for food at this Subway. I was hauling a 30 foot trailer, so I parked in between the store and Burger King near the curb by the fire hydrant. When we stopped for gas a few hours later, I realized I was missing my car keys and remembered having them in the parking lot. We dug out the Subway receipt we had and called the store. To our surprise and delight, Stephanie answered the phone and was totally helpful. First, she checked the store to see if she could find the key. She then took our telephone number and said she would check the parking lot for us when time permitted. She called us back a while later with the good news that she had found our key. Since we were already a few hundred miles south and live in Orange County, Stephanie volunteered to mail us the key. She took the time and spent her own money to do this. This act of kindness was truly appreciated, and we will be sure to stop at this store in the future when we are in the area. read more
