So finally visited this Togo's location. Have passed it numerous times. There are not many Togo's locations in Manteca. Hard to give this a 5 star rating given that it at a Truck Stop. I would have given it 4 1/2 stars but reviews don't allow 1/2 stars. The sandwich was well made. The food prep area was clean and the 2 people working the counter were very nice and friendly. I will go by again when I am in the area and want a sandwich. Well done Togo's! read more

I live in Manteca. The Manteca store is just not at all worth going to due to the really bad attitudes for the girls there. So,I thought I would try this Togo's. I was NOT disappointed. The customer service was great. The girl that took my order was really nice and had a great attitude. The sandwich was great, the place was clean and I have been back twice. I truly makes a difference when the people who prepare your food act and look like they like their job and the customers,keep up the great service.. So thank you for hiring good customer service. Only thing I wish was different was that Togo's goes back to the whole pepper and not the cut up ones..there is a big difference.. read more

Horrible experience. Went into order the new pastrami pretzel bun. I sent my son and he ordered it and they didn't offer him the pretzel bun. They offered him all of the regular bread. Then they proceeded to ask him about lettuce and tomato and all of the toppings. When he came back to the car, I told him specifically why didn't he get the pretzel bun. He said the lady didn't offer it to him so I went back to have them remake it. I love TOGOs #24 sandwich and come to this location whenever I'm in town to visit family. The service is usually friendly and very prompt. Have had some weird run ins with evening staff with last one being 12/29/24 with a team of 2 team members closing really early (20-30 minute) and not willing to serve. read more

Ordered here probably about 8 times now. Love that they're not like Subway or Quiznos, they actually fill your sandwiches. Today was not the case. Ordered 2 large hot pastrami's meat skimped! They must be taking the left overs home. The two ladies working there are charging full price but not putting the regular serving of meat to fill the entire sandwich. Just a lot of bread and too much mustard towards the end, which we've near experienced at other togos. Togos is a favorite, but def won't be returning here. This is a real small Togo's sandwich place. It's at a truck stop there is one other option you can choose which is fried chicken. This place is located in a little small convenience store so you pretty much sit inside the gas station. There's probably room for about 10 people or so. The people working here a really nice and friendly and they made me a really great pastrami sandwich just the way I like it. This sandwich definitely hit the spot I would say if your driving by and you see that it's a truck stop with a gas station and a sandwich place, you probavly will be thinking...yeah I don't want to eat here but looks can be deceiving and I would tell you that it's worth stopping by and getting a sandwich here. They really did a good job and you know sitting at the counter facing the wall in a small space may feel crowded but it is not bad because this place is not too crowded at least most people get stuff to go, so don't let the truck stop push you away from this Togo's location. read more

This store has a policy to not fulfill mobile orders until after all walk in orders are taken. So you actually mobile order and it takes longer than if you walk in and order. The worker said this is the policy of her manager. FYI Manager- bad policy kind of makes the mobile order mute. read more

I will never use this place again for anything. We placed a catering oder for build a sandwich, salad and cookies and brownies. They called to verify our order my office manager verify that they would deliver and provided our address. They stated that the would take our credit card when they arrive at the facility. Our order will be there at 1130. 10 to 15 minutes go by no food. We call and the lady goes off on us telling us that we were full of shit that they did not state that they would ever deliver and that it would be 15 dollars more. We went to get the order my office manager stated the same thing that we asked for delivering of the food the lady went off on her. Worst she had stated our food was ready and it wasnt. They made them wait another 35 minutes to get the food prepared. The lady behind the counter still talking smack about my office manager. When they got the food back they realized that they shorted us cookies and brownies and yet still charged us. When I called back the same lady started yelling thing us to leave them the hell alone. Way to go togos I will never use you again. In addition when I did call back to speak to the manager I was told I don't know If we have one and when I ask for the general and or district managers number was told they don't know who those people are. I liked this location b/c after I checked-in on yelp and received my free 20 oz soda, I could get diet Coke due to it sharing a location w/ a truck stop- the other locations only offer Pepsi. - Its the little things that make me happy! The location was easy enough to get to and service was friendly- grab their reward card and get a free sandwich after so many visits- yum!! Ive been to this location 3 times. Before i continue I like to say I dont write many reviews. How ever for to write one, the service has to be over the top. First two times were not that great. But it was my turn to treat and everyone wanted togo. Ok fine. Honestly i can get over bitter employees and you cant mess up a sandwich to bad. This was Saturday Dec 8th. Her Name is Nicole. She is hands down the best at her job. She was on point, friendly, not pushy, i didn't feel rushed, and she did it all with a smile on her face. She really made my day. Oh did i mitchen she is pretty funny too. It takes a unique employee to have all those qualities. She is definitely an asset to the corporation. I was not aware that this place have TOGO'S SANDWICHES & krispy krunch chicken inside the gas station..All in one stop. Went there with my family on Monday. No line . They were very friendly and helpful and they location was very clean, especially for being connected to a gas station. The sand which I ordered was really good and all of the veggies were fresh. This Togo's location is always nice and friendly. The manager, Jolene is very nice and is always making good conversation and knows most customers by name and fav sandwich. She actually knows me as the "soup lady" ....she even said if I called and they didn't have my soup on that particular day, to just call her ahead and she'll have it ready for me. How awesome is that? Jolene goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Awesome job Jolene!!! Great place. Great food. Only reason not for 5/5 stars is because they need to have more people working. Especially on weekends. I have been in a couple of times on a Sunday afternoon and they are slammed and there is only 2 people working. Terrible every time I have tried to go they have a note on the door saying that they are closed. Its the middle of the lunch rush so why in the world are they closed! Its so frustrating because I live so close and love Togo's sandwiches. When I call to see if they are going to be open no one answers the phone, I have taken to going all the way to the one in Manteca because I at least know they will be open during normal restaurant times. The service has been really slow the few times I can catch them open and my sandwich has been soggy after I tell them to please drain the meat really well it still is horrible. I wouldn't waste your time going to this Togo's, If your really craving a sandwich I would just go to Subway right down the street. This was the second time we've come in two weeks where the same girl has been less than stellar. I mean we all have bad days but she really shows no regard for the customers. A friend and I walked in for a late lunch and there were two girls behind the counter (short blonde girl & tall African American girl) both girls seem uninterested but the short girl asked me for help first and I gave her my order. The tall girl, who's been the subject of my last review was at it again with HORRIBLE customer service. While the short girl was helping me, my friend stood their idle and the girl joked with what I assumed was another employee who was off work. To add insult to injury, she didn't even acknowledge my friend and proceeded to ask her friend if she wanted her to give her something and then MADE HER SOMETHING TO EAT. All this while my friend who had been waiting before the "Friend" came. I wanted to say something and even interject that this was not the first time she had been so unprofessional but relented and just wrote a Tip on Yelp. After about five minutes she asked my friend who had been standing there the whole time if he need help. She blatantly ignores us every time, I am completely baffled by this. What is going on with this girl? Seriously. I love Togo's and this updated review isn't even about the food but solely on the tall girl! I felt like I should tell her that she needs to correct her behavior but decided the third time would be the charm. I hope the next time I go in she's not there or in better form. read more

Order online every time with my coworkers and when we get there it is ready and always exactly as we asked for it to be. I am very thankful we can make a quick stop (usually less than 5 minutes) and get back to work with yummy wraps and sandwiches that are made the way we specify in comments. For example, I usually get the Asian Chicken Salad in the spinach wrap and ask for a little extra dressing. I always get exactly that, extra dressing.
