Not many places have a great bread (im spoiled from growing up in SF) and this place just hasn't tried to improve at ALL... they need assistance quick... seems like whoever is heading their Image/PR dept. has been sick and they never replaced them.. I'm a fan of Togo's and while service at this particular location is truly a hit or miss, the quality of their sandwiches never fail to disappoint. Cleary that isn't a deal breaker because we continue to come back here every so often. My go-to sandwich here is a #26, Turkey, Ham & Cheddar on white bread with extra pepperoncinis. I'm a sucker for pepperonicinis in my sandwiches. I also really like their caesar salads and I always make sure to ask for extra caesar dressing. The croutons are really yummy too! I'll be the first one to always admit that I prefer Togo's over Subway, I guess it definitely comes down to you either like one or the other and my preference always leans towards Togo's, unless it's a Tuna Sandwich, which then I will go to Subway for. Had to edit my previous review down to two stars. The new employees they've hired are an absolute disaster. Their problem is they don't understand English at all. One girl recently had to throw away two sandwiches because she wouldn't listen to the simplest instructions. Today, the guy made a miserable sandwich despite simple requests. Regular #3 on white, lettuce mayonnaise and Swiss cheese. How hard is that? Put on half as much meat as usual for any Togo's. Lousy Subway quality. I just ate a really good sandwich... I had a #24 turkey avocado Reg. Sizes on a wheat roll... and my BF has a large #9 Pastrami with everything on white. The rolls were fresh and the meats and toppings were fresh. We called in first and the woman was very nice she also let us know what everything was in regards to toppings on each sandwich. A truly excellent Togo's establishment. The funniest part....it's inside a gas station off French Camp Rd. However, it's ran very efficiently and the quality of food provided is top notch (for Togo's of course). The line can get long during lunch hours (the place is filled with passing truckers, commuters, and county hospital employees), but I'm always amazed at just how quick it ends up moving along. They must mainline Rockstar into veins of the staff, as every one of them hustles like no tomorrow getting your order ready. Also, very friendly staff full of smiles. Good place to pick up an order and leave, as they only have about 7-9 tables around the interior space (which is to the left of a full gas station convenience store) and they tend to fill up quickly. read more

Stopped at this place while I was driving back from Sacramento. Bit hard to spot as its inside as shop that's part of a gas station. We ordered an Asian chicken wrap and Mediterranean chicken wrap as take out. Asian wrap was terrible; it was not even wrapped properly and a lot of sauce poured over it to make it inedible. The tortilla used tasted bad, doubt it was too old. Mediterranean wrap was ok, it had right amount of hummus in it. There was no rush; so it was too easy to place order and get the food. Why oh why didn't I check here first.I thought Togo's had basic consistency, but the sandwich was wrong stale and very little meat cheese, and they even skrimped on the produce. Maybe there is not enough business since it's part of a 76 gas station. I should have looked at the sandwich before I left. I asked for salt pepper and onions...got none. I asked for lettuce tomato and pickle..got a very small amount of each. It's just not right to pay for such inferior food. They were unable to use my Tribe membership even though I checked in and also gave the man my phone number several times. So I got no credit towards future Togo's. Otherwise,the people were fine, and one of the ladies was gracious enough to help me carry out my bag..I'm crippled. I got a drink from the nearby refrigerator but was told to pay for it at the 76market register..it was chocolate milk dated Feb 2018. I took the second one hoping it would be colder. Really annoyed after my experience here. There are two Togo's on my way home and I started choosing this one after a bad experience with the other. Been consistently going at least once a week. Tonight I get there and after waiting in line for five minutes while the two employees are trying to figure something out on the computer, they finally tell me that they are closed. At 6:20! Their posted time is 8pm. Their excuse was that they had a slow day but they close before the average person would stop by for dinner. This is how you lose customers. I'll be going back to the other Togo's to see if I have better luck there. There is no excuse for having a 2 star average running a Togo's. Not a bad place. Very tasty. Never understood why only young girls work behind the counter for the most part. I guess its the way to draw in the trucker crowd?
