Just drove off with my order and multiple disappointments. The wait in the drive thru was fine. The service was fine. But the first shocker was the price for one combo meal. It's advertised as $7.59 on the menu. The final price I got was $9.03. You can imagine my confusion wondering when our sales tax nearly tripled. Turns out the price, according to the receipt that was thrown in my bag instead of given to me at the time of payment, is actually $8.28. BIG difference. I ordered a large fry, and was given absolutely no sauce, I wasn't even asked if I'd like some. Every place now seems to think everyone likes choking on dry fries. Additionally, I noticed I was able to start eating the fries right away, something I have never been able to do after getting fast food. (We all know that feeling where we're so hungry we do whatever we can to cool off those first few delicious fries.) They were warm, but not hot. Definitely not made to order. The burger was good. Fresh and hot. Not too much sauce like a lot of other Jack in the Box locations will add. All in all, it was okay. But this location is probably allowed to be more mediocre given it's location right off the freeway. By choice I wouldn't go here again. read more

Didn't expect much because of past experiences with this location but ordered online last night and picked up at drive thru. Even though they couldn't find my order the girl working the drive thru was very nice and made my order and brought it out to me. The real surprise was how well the food was made! No cap Best spicy crispy chicken sandwich I've had from any location in too long to remember. The food was put together well and was very fresh! This place is an absolute joke. From the abysmal attitude of the person taking the order, to the complete incompetence of the "manager", this store really should just be shut down. The issues first started when attempting to place an order, the person seemed annoyed and bothered that we were ordering food and gave a tremendous amount of attitude. Then there apparently was a "problem" with our metal American Express card. We were handed back the card with a large gash into the metal. Unfortunately the only cards we have are metal so we had to use my Apple Card. Surprise surprise it worked, but was also damaged by their card reader to the point I have to replace it. At this point the "manager" came to the window and said "I don't know what to tell you about that". There's obviously nothing they could do, but a "sorry" would have been nice. Okay so I work 2 jobs 8AM -9PM mon - Friday. I get off work and commute home. This jack in the box is right before I get home so I stop to get some dinner. I get there around 9:35-9:40 order my food go home. Takes me about 15 minutes to get home from there. Finally get home my order is completely wrong. I call and get on the phone with a Rebecca at 10:17 finally got someone to answer and I explained to her what happened. She said no worries come back in give them your name and we'll replace it for you. Then I come back Saturday around 8:30 PM and talk to BENJAMINA ( worst service from her ) she kept changing her story on why she couldn't replace my meal. She said I can't replace your meal without a receipt. She asked me for the food back from yesterday that was in my garbage. And I showed her my bank statement with time and date and amount she still refused to help me. So I drive all the way home and then drive back to dig the receipt out of garbage just to show her receipt and come to find out SHE WAS THE ONE WHO RANG ME UP THE DAY MY ORDER WAS MESSED UP. My order was wrong. First off. I ordered the grilled chicken salad, which was supposed to come with grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, shredded cheese, lettuce and all the other good stuff. My salad did not have the right tomatoes. I was given slices of tomatoes that goes in your burgers. The official Jack in the Box website specifically said grape tomatoes. Also, I didn't have any carrots at all in my salad. This seems like false advertising to me. Another thing, I asked for ranch dressing, but I got the SouthWestern dressing instead. The food was cooked to specs (look it's Jack in the Box)...tacos crispy, onion rings golden, and their chocolate shake was yummy. Terrible service they take way too long sitting in the drive-through forever and within two months the third time and it's the same. It's worse every time it's always around the same time of the night between 10 and 12 AM. March 11 3:14 AM. I was here the day before at 3:35am and they say they were closed. And they said to come before 3:40am. Fast forward to today (March 11 3:14am) and they have the trashcan out blocking the drive through. I called the location and they say that they were closed. I pulled off in the drive way and tried one of my curly fries and they were cold. I started to get back in line but 4 other cars pulled in and I was not about to wait for another batch of fries. Every time I have visited this jack in the box it NEVER FAILS, they get every single order WRONG!! What kind of people do they hire here? How hard is your job?
