We ordered a pizza and their famous breadsticks (literally our favorite in town for years!) and we didn't enjoy the pizza. It just wasn't our favorite texture/flavor... and the breadsticks were overcooked, hard & crunchy. They also forgot the nacho cheese sauce. A few weeks later we gave them another shot- subs and breadsticks. They gave us a half order of sticks instead of the full order we had paid for- and forgot the cheese sauce again. They had us wait for a fresh 5 breadsticks to be made. Thankfully the second batch was soft because the first batch, which my husband specifically asked to not be overdone... were in fact, overdone. My sub had hardly any toppings on it at all. I kid you not, it seemed like I was literally just eating bread. My husband thought his sub was pretty good, a cubano, although the bread was overdone. The pick-up window where cars pull up is way too high. Like awkwardly so.

Last time they delivered my warm toasted sandwich across the street at my neighbors and finally figured that out when the tracker said it was delivered. Tonight, I ordered a sandwich at 5:14pm to be delivered @ 6pm, as I was watching the tracker, it cleared and asked if I'd like to reorder this same sandwich again?? So I looked at my doors, no sandwich, called JJs at 6:09, they said they had one driver, running behind and it was out with a driver, I said okay, thank you. Never received the sandwich, called JJs back, told them I wanted a refund and she put me on hold and it disconnected. Not sure who is running this place, but do better!!!

Decor however, was not the only thing incredible thing there. The staff were so nice and understanding, they were attentive and made us feel at peace. But food. The fries were good, and I ordered fried pickles. They were a little greasy but super good. The menu is also very fairly priced. For the trash I would get at 5 guys for just me, I was able to buy 2 combo meals The lady who took my order and money was super sweet.
