The entrance to the dining room was a little confusing as you walk in, but when you are seated, you enter a low light atmosphere of ambiance. The salad that came with the meal was from the salad bar and so many options! They had mixed greens and lots of toppings. My fiancé had the ribs and baked potato. He raved on them. I had the spaghetti ala Nick and it was equally delicious. They have a full bar, with a variety of wines and drink specialties. The service was quick and excellent. Kelsey was a great waitress! I liked it a lot other than you had to be seated. I ordered steak and fries with bread. The steak was ok, the bread surprised me to say the least... still good though, but what really threw me off the wagon was the fries. I think they were homemade and were extremely tasty. Just wished by server offered ketchup for them! They were really that good! Next time I am here I am going to try the chicken Alfredo because the person next to me ordered it and it looked just as good as my own food did that day! read more

Had my son's rehearsal dinner here this weekend. We had 32 people and they were accommodating. We had pizzas, salad and chick Alfredo. The food was excellent and they gave us more than enough food. The manager kept in contact with weeks before the dinner and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Can't thank you enough! read more

Terrible experience. Ordered a brisket sandwich with no BBQ sauce but Au jus on the side. Not to much to ask for. I received a BBQ brisket sandwich that looked amazing with tons of meat brisket. Sent it back requesting no BBQ sauce. They apparently didn't like that. What was brought back to me was a brisket of fat!! Not even two bites of meat on the entire sandwich with cold au ju. No time to send it back. Limited on time. Very disappointed!!! In fact, I'm very shocked that they would actually even serve something like this. Not edible! read more

This place is so much better than it looks like it should be... nice salad bar, very good Italian classics like chicken Parmesan. The pizza is very good, and I really liked the bluegill, an unusual item that I was glad I ordered. The garlic bread is dry, but it's also free. Went there and our drinks were wrong (not a deal breaker but noted), ordered the pasta and half way into It i dig a big black hair out of the middle waitress returns food but doesn't take it off our bill. Looked in back and there cook is not wearing any kind of hair net and surprise.... has black long hair. The place itself is in need of a good cleaning as well. Yesterday was our second time eating at Da Vinci's, and it did not disappoint. They have a fresh tasting salad bar and a full menu of Italian favorites and specialty dishes. The service we received was second to none once we were seated. I had a breaded steak with cheese and marinara (I can't remember the name). The beef was tender and flavorful. My wife had their special which was a seafood cannelloni, and loved it. Had had a ribeye, and said he would order it again. I would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone. There was not much in the area so I gave this place a shot. I went with chicken parmigiana since it is a favorite of mine and hard to mess up. With that said, I think they messed it up. The marinara sauce was not very good and the chicken was cut pretty thin. The mixed veggies had no flavor. Side salad was nothing special. read more

Love DaVinci's. Locally owned with wonderful staff who've been there for years. They've recently developed a specialty with a smoker. Fantastic pulled pork and brisket--way better than Dickie's in Coldwater and competitive with Texas joints where I've dined. Smoked Mac and cheese is something you'll tell everyone about. Salad bar often has spinach and potato salads based on family recipes. read more

We tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. We were a bit concerned after reading the previous reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! The portions were generous and the price was very fair for the amount of food they served. The salad dressings were made in house and very tasty. Steve had shrimp alfredo. I had black bird in a nest. Horrible experience. After years of going to DaVinci's eating homemade cannelloni they have switched to prepackaged frozen food. Even asking if they had gone back to homemade cannelloni on a subsequent visit and the waitress said, yes of course, but again frozen pre-packaged food. The waitress managed to bring out cold garlic bread after our meal was over; even after repeatedly asking her for it. Her response was that she normally doesn't wait tables. DaVinis gets 5 stars for their wonderful homemade food and great service! This has been completely remodeled and everyone loves it. It has one part sports bar with 3 huge screen tvs and the other half is a nice restaurant! And if you're a pizza fan you're in for a real treat because this will top any of the pizza you've had before! Its not greasy, hard or not enough toppings. They're deep dish pizza is not 3 inch thick crust, actually its light flacky crust that has cheese then sauce and then toppings with a little cheese and the sides are high but again not thick (unless you ask for it). read more

A few friends and I stopped in here one night when we weren't sure where to have dinner. We had heard they did some cleaning up and I had never been there so we thought what the heck. The decor was pretty decent, exactly what you would expect for an Italian restaurant in teh middle of rural farming country. We choose to sit in the bar. Our server was an older woman and was extremely friendly. We just ordered some pizza for us to share. The pizza was pretty decent. Not the best I've had, not the worst. The menu looked interesting. My husband was interested in trying some of the other traditional italian dishes they had on the menu but we havent gone back yet. Based on the pizza and our experience, I would definitely go again.
