A few weeks later we gave them another shot- subs and breadsticks. They gave us a half order of sticks instead of the full order we had paid for- and forgot the cheese sauce again. They had us wait for a fresh 5 breadsticks to be made. Thankfully the second batch was soft because the first batch, which my husband specifically asked to not be overdone... were in fact, overdone. We got home to find the "salad" was a dish of nothing but chicken. So my husband called in order to resolve the issue. After the girl who answered hung up on him, he called back to speak to the manager. At this point, he told the manager that she had hung up on him, and the manager said, "well you called her a b----h." He did not, in fact, call her any names. He told the manager that this was a lie. He was told he could come and get it or get a refund. In this area, it is not unusual to have to drive 5-10 miles just to go to one of very few restaurants. He chose the refund, but our family member who was so looking forward to a salad didn't get to eat tonight. I've had great customer service. I don't expect that in this area. I'm happy with civil.
