The order was never read back, honestly should have told him to just pull the tapes with how much he kept saying that to us to prove to him he was in the wrong. I was not trying to waste any more of my time in this establishment. I offered to just pay for them to redo it but he was refusing to remake them bc we wanted a refund for the food we did not order. Professionalism was completely out the window. It was very clear he was not going to try and work with us to resolve this issue. Never have I been to an establishment where they immediately accused you of lying bc an order that you place was wrong. I wish I would have gotten his name, he was the older male cook. The females working were very nice and helped us. It is safe to say we will not be returning and I would never recommend any go there. Customer service needs to be something that your employees are taught. No worker should immediately start arguing with the customer over such a simple issue. We never came off disrespectful or rude, we simply wanted our order correct and were willing to pay for it to be corrected despite the fact that this was their mistake that we should not have paid for. If I could leave no stars I would.
