Because they were trying so hard to make food for customers with what they had, they were making mistakes, leaving things off orders (cheese left off burgers), no catsup, regular instead of spicy chicken. Just little mistakes that they should not be making. The frosty was thin and diluted. No flavor and very little thickness. Maybe out of that mix, too? I suggest that the managers be held responsible for making sure the employees have what they need to do their job, and training the employees to stay organized (or pitch in and give them a hand). We love Wendy's and are hoping they can get these things addressed before they lose business in a small town that is trying their best to support them.

Then drove away. As we approached the drive through window there was no one in the front of the store at all. I would have liked to purchase a breakfast meal, but sadly, was unable to do so. And I have no idea why. McDonal's, you just lost business to Hardee's in Athens where they are fully staffed, serve hot and fresh food.
