Just little mistakes that they should not be making. The frosty was thin and diluted. No flavor and very little thickness. Maybe out of that mix, too? I suggest that the managers be held responsible for making sure the employees have what they need to do their job, and training the employees to stay organized (or pitch in and give them a hand). Then drove away. As we approached the drive through window there was no one in the front of the store at all. I would have liked to purchase a breakfast meal, but sadly, was unable to do so. And I have no idea why. McDonal's, you just lost business to Hardee's in Athens where they are fully staffed, serve hot and fresh food. I have been to Sweetwater McDonald's before, many times, and while always short staffed, was eventually served. I hate it that your business had lost business for the whole first hour of operation.
