Rudest experience I have ever had. Robert took my order and I had to repeat everything he didn't say thank you or anything after I paid. I googled dining room hours and it said Sunday hours open til 11pm. I just wanted to sit down in a nice quiet atmosphere and eat my supper. My order was ready in the time stated. He called my name and I went to get my food and he had already walked away. So I got my boxes and went to dining room to eat. He promptly told me the dining room was closed. This Pizza Hut needs some major changes a manager who cares about the people and the food . We've lived her for 8 years and every time we have ordered food its always something wrong ! this is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to in my life. I don't have many options nearby so I've given them multiple tries. they always mess something up. one of my orders was for $60 worth of pizza,breadsticks and pepsi. unbelievably,the delivery driver showed up with a single order of breadsticks and then proceeded to tell me that was all I ordered. I asked them didn't they have a minimum amount for delivery and do they normally charge $60 for 5 breadsticks. He just stared at me until his lightbulb went off. today i decided to give them another try after 6 months. the pizza was raw! How does that even happen? Against my better judgment I ordered wings at a pizza place. They were horrible. I can tell they don't get ordered often because the sauce tastes old and bitter. I love wings, too. I complained about the wings and the server did not apologize nor offer me a replacement and then she brought me the check and expected me to pay $12 for the one wing I ate. Oh, no wait, she gave me a 15% discount. So I payed a discounted price for old gross food. The restaurant was filthy as well. I'm tempted to not patronize another Pizza Hut, ever. read more

Was here around lunch and had a personal pan with bread sticks. Food came out fairly quick and was fresh and hot. The staff and my waitress was very nice. Inside has been remodeled and was clean. Taste of the food was A+ and the bread sticks were also good. Would eat here again if in the area. read more

I would give zero if I could. I called and placed an order for delivery. 20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive I tried to call them. Tried to call for 45 minutes before someone answered phone. Ordered the big box with two pan pizzas, boneless wings, chz sticks to go. Waited in the restaurant 15 mins watching people come and go. Finally the hostess asked if I had a big box. She found my pizzas on a shelf not in a warmer. Needless to say it had been ready when I arrived but they didn't even check. Got my order confused with someone elses. My order was no longer even warm. All I was offered was a credit for next time I ordered. And after reheating when I got home, the pan crust tasted like a thick cracker. I was passing through Sweetwater and spending the night on the way back to PA from FL. My family and I needed a quick meal so we ordered a pizza and boneless wings. My rating is not because the food was extraordinary because it was your typical consistent Pizza Hut quality. The experience here was great and the lady working the front register took the time to talk to me. She even wrote a nice note on the box. Definitely a nice Southern experience that you don't find in the NE. read more

Every time we are in something if not everything is wrong, once ordered 3 pizzas 2 were wrong , called in they said the best they could do was credit us for 1 called next week to use my credit , which they honored but still pizzas were wrong , same song and dance the next week tried again called in they said everything would be ready at 7:30 , showed up 10 mins early just in case it was ready early payed and the cashier said it'd be ready in about 20 mins , so I thought ok 10 extra mins not bad .... 40mins later I walk up and ask how much longer, she said it'd be out in just another min, so I sat back down 5 mins later she says we're all out of the box pizzas, is it ok if we just split 2 pizzas , already extremely frustrated I say it's fine sit back down and wait 10 more mins finally ready, I take it home get there and yep wrong again.
