Didn't realize this was McDonalds. Don't go wanting ice cream later in the night, they're gonna tell you their machine is "down" so I guess they shut it off 2 hours prior to closing which is crazy (they've told me this multiple times now) especially because majority of people go to sonic I feel like, for the ICE CREAM/SLUSHIES. 5 stars for Zach and the great service! 3 stars for the burger (average) and one star for the foot long coney as the bun was stale. Tots were kinda stale, too and not crunchy. Hope they throw the coney buns out and keep working on quality. read more

I love Sonic but THIS one is the absolute worst! I try to give a place the benefit of the doubt and never write a review based on one visit. That being said, I have been to this Sonic at least 10 times over the course of a year and on different days of the week. EVERY SINGLE TIME it sucks! I am officially out of grace and patience; hence this review. I will not go back again. I honestly don't know how they are staying in business. The staff does NOT pay attention to the orders and every item is wrong in one way or another. Today's order was no exception. On top of the fact that they screwed up all 3 meals I ordered, it was barely lukewarm when they handed it to me, there were no straws for the drinks, no ketchup for the tots, and only 2 napkins for 3 people. I understand that sometimes people make mistakes but when you order a burger with NO cheese and they take everything off EXCEPT the cheese, it makes one wonder if they are doing that crap on purpose. Honestly, how stupid does a person have to be to mess up every single order like that! In addition, every burger looked like it was put together by a drunk blind woman with Captain Hook's left hand on both arms! Here's the salt in the open wound...and what really made me mad... today I paid over $43 for the worst meal I have had in a long time. $43!!! For 3 terrible fast food combo meals! And speaking of the combo, we each got about 10 tots. Really?!?!? $43 and you can't give out more than 10 tots!!! Don't waste your money going to this Sonic. Skip this place if you are in a hurry. The drive through speaker doesn't work, takes around 5 minutes for an answer at the drive up, and the screens don't allow a choice for payment. Maybe I'm being unrealistic, but it shouldn't take 20 minutes for a Sonic order. read more

Ok, well after the crapfest which was the last trip to Sonic my husband and I decided that it was a one off and went there again. Well it wasn't and we won't come here again except for pretzels. We both got bacon cheeseburgers. Food comes out, no napkins as usual and surprise, surprise, no bacon on either burger. By the time we finally got someone's attention and showed them the bacon less burgers he said he would go get the manager. Nope, just a smart Alec girl with bag and said here are 2 sides of bacon for your burger (which by this time we had already finished) . Your customer service SUCKS! This sonic is absolutely horrific on every level. We purposely go out of our way to go to the Madisonville one. That one isn't super good but it's at least better than this location. Food is absolutely disgusting and old and the service, if you can get someone to answer you and take your order is always ridiculously slow. I've gotten uncooked food, and pink burger patties and I've also received rubber disgusting tasting meat that was obviously sitting in the warmers for like 8 hours. It's NEVER good. read more

Completely unorganized.. sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. Got to the window and it took 5 minutes for the young kid to even open the window. They couldn't get the order correct. I'm not sure who is working there today 10/4 at 1:45 but the girl that came over the speaker had a real nasty attitude. She was impatient & when we tried to answer her she kept talking over us. Place looks dirty, parking lot looks dirty, and the only thing that is of good quality is the drinks. The hamburger buns seem stale most of the time. I ordered some fries on the side on several occasions and they were so salty I gave up on them completely. I decided to order another burger just the other night and it wasn't wrapped well at all. Drinks are often soaked on the outside of the cup, and it makes the cup holders of my car sticky. Don't think I'll eat here again. Might just stick with the grocery store next door for a quick bite instead. read more

Worse than before they rebuilt! They are slower than ever and ALWAYS forgetting something with the order! If you order a blast from here you will get a little sprinkle of your toppings on top and that's it but every other sonic I go to does it throughout the whole cup. It's 2015, and this place makes you pay full price for a refill on a COKE!!! And then. I'm told there are no public restrooms. Is that even legal in a restaurant? Everything else was just a typical Sonic, but not offering free refills really ticks me off. Like every other restaurant that charges for refills, I won't be back. read more

No drive thru is my biggest gripe. Food is good and servers are very nice. Just don't go at high traffic times hard to get in and out of

They have wonderful chicken sandwiches, drinks and tots are great too but as far as actual burgers go I somehow always end up with a bun so soggy on the bottom it literally falls apart from being so wet! I understand greasy burgers are delicious but I can't handle wet bread! Also, parking is awful, I can't count how many times I've seen almost accidents trying to back out of the tiny parking space. read more

Always pleasant and fast but food could be fresher/hotter. I'm talking when we stay to eat and it's hardly warm. People just don't want to complain in person.
