However, this particular Taco Bell cannot be lightly reviewed. We (me and my Dad) arrived around 4:50PM, and had our food ordered and paid for on the Kiosk by 4:52PM. Nothing major, two discovery boxes, two nacho fries, and an extra chicken quesadilla. It shouldn't have taken more than maybe 20 minutes (given time can be finicky during a rush) before we received our order, I'd have even take 30 minutes. But, 45 minutes later, several other people had left, far more impatient and forgiving than I, and yet, no food, no call of my name to come up. We asked for an update, not asking for any rush at all, only to learn somehow our order had been either trashed/forgotten/missed/or even possibly taken by another person who shares the same name as me on a prior order. By no means did we lash out, act out due to the fact we'd been there a near hour by now, before we finally received our food, and low and behold, we were missing several items, or, a few were incorrectly made. Will I go back and fight them on less than $5 of issues? No. But I will give a warning, if you don't want to potentially wait up to an hour for food, or have your order be made incorrectly despite the long wait, I wouldn't recommend coming here.
