The workers were nice. Even they were complaining about the shit ass oven that store had. They cooked my sub two times in that oven and it didn't even begin to melt the cheese. Said the owners to busy pushing drugs instead of worrying about a new oven for the store. Like this oven is from like pre jared era subway. Like Jared was still 900lbs when this oven was made. I ordered a foot-long pro sandwich and it was made with only the regular amount of meat in it yet I paid extra for more meat. When I called to tell the location that I went to about it, they stated there was nothing they could do about it because the manager wasn't there. When I called the manager the following day, she was extremely rude. Her name is Julie. She stated I was yelling at her and if I didn't stop yelling at her, she was going to hang up on me. I was not yelling at her one bit. When I asked for the general manager's name, she said she could not give it to me and that they wouldn't refund my purchase or make me a new sandwich, which was really all I was asking for. She said, there could be nothing done without a receipt or a sandwich. My order was online so of course there's no receipt except for my email, but she refused to help and would not give me the name of her manager. She told me there was nothing she could do about it because she is not the one that made the sandwich. I've never spoken to anyone so rude in customer service. I made a complaint to the subway company, rather than just the franchise, since they were unwilling to help me. We will never shop there again. read more

I've been going this is subway regularly for the last 6 months and I've had it. The service CONSISTENTLY SUCKS. Generally when my bf and I go in, we know we are going to get dinner and a show by the loonies working in there. Usually having to wait in line for 20 mins until our order is taken. Today I ordered online, and was the worst subway sub I've ever had. The bread was hard as a rock. I asked to have it toasted but nope, completely cold. It's really not that hard people. The wife & I took our Grandson there, we have eaten there many times & never had a problem, but on June 6th around noon we went in & the girl at the counter just stared out the front window for a while & finally said can I help you, she seemed annoyed we were there, no smile, no hello, we were having a problem with the app to get the BOGO foot long, they both went & hid in the back but we eventually got a kids meal for our Grandson to eat there, the wife & I went somewhere else to eat, WAY to many places that treat you nice & appreciate your business than to have to put up with that BS, won't be going back, ever. read more

Ordered a foot long seafood sub on DoorDash tonight. Haven't been able to find this sub in years as most of the stores stopped carrying it. The sandwich was incredible and the staff went above and beyond with the special instructions I left. I'll definitely be ordering again, for delivery and in person. I've also visited the store as a customer and have always been treated politely, the store is clean and the employees are neat and tidy, and get the food out in a timely fashion. I went to subway yesterday on Elm Rd. in Warren only to find out that you cannot only get the special but get one free but other subs have been taken off the menu. I checked the other Subway shops in the area and they are the the same way. The girl told me they are having a hard time getting what they need to make the subs. I have a problem with this location and one in champion. I ordered online today again . And Again my sub wasn't right. Smh I order jalapeños and received none. But I received tomato's and pickles that I never ordered . I Ordered Italian dressing on four subs . Received none . Have been here many times. Service and food depends entirely on who is working. Today, 1145 am, I arrived as the only customer. No workers in sight. I waited for 7 minutes. A young lady came out, no apology for delay, never looked me in the eye, and appeared annoyed that she was being bothered. Easy order ... 6 inch turkey on wheat, no toast, no cheese. 30 seconds after she cuts my bread, 7 minutes after waiting for her, a guy comes in. She stops my order, takes his, and begins his foot long order before the meat on mine is even finished. In short, I entered a vacant subway and it took 14 minutes ... no smile, no thank you, nothing. If you own this Subway, you should fire this worker. read more
