Ordered the spud ole this time for lunch and I have to say if you want a good baked potato this is your place. Chili was delicious. Little bit of spice but not extremely hot. Service not so pleased with my family and I came in and when we get to the counter to order the guy in the back goes "30 minutes til we close" and the girl taking our order was very obviously bothered by us being there she had an attitude and had her head in her hand the whole time. We were very excited and honestly that ruined our time there... I work as a server so I understand being annoyed when you want to go home but to be so openly rude is never okay. We've given up eating here. We always go inside to order & they usually get my husband's order correct but for some reason they mess up on mine. I order no cheese & they put cheese on my grilled chicken croissant, I ordered a grilled chicken club & got chicken salad instead, the list goes on & on. We don't know about the mistakes till we get home with our food & we live too far away for a quick return. I'm tired of calling to complain & when we do the managers are nice & listen to our concerns & offer to fix the problem. The restaurant is clean & well organized. Although I have to comment about the women's restroom toilet paper dispenser which is mounted way too low to access easily. I felt like I was standing on my head trying to get the tp. I had high hopes for this place hearing good reviews about other locations, after that things went wrong. First off a business is probably not gonna be perceived well when you have a majority poor mannered high school grade students that seemed like their parents needed a place to drop them off so they got a job here not understanding what good communication really is. Secondly the menu is almost setup to price gouge, I felt deceived by the fact that at no point was it communicated that the sides they were pushing had premium up-charges. Thirdly even the manager said he thought the seasonal drink was bad. He took it upon himself after ordering to tell me this and said I could have another drink option. They must have gotten so many complaints about it by this point they are just taking it upon themselves to say the products they sell are no good. Finally and fourthly this place is nothing special and for the price you may as well go to a restaurant. What a waste of my time I have no interest in returning to this abomination. read more

My finance had other ideas and decided to order again from them for a fifth time to give it another shot. We received the food and it was even worse than the previous two orders. Soggy food that was made incorrectly and appeared to have items removed after they were put on. The turkey looked like it was blended and put on the sandwich. Almost raw bacon. Requested no avocado and there were little chunks left behind, clearly showing someone had picked it out of the sandwich with their fingers. Amazingly disgusting place. Shameful.
