This is a subway I would happily go to if I was in the area!! Stopped here on a road trip and were blown away from one of their employees- Martha!! She was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was beaming with kindness and had the best sense of humor! What a wonderful human she is and clearly she loves and respects her job and her customers! Thank you, Martha!! The last 2 visits were not 5 star visits. They seem to be more concerned with getting sandwiches built at a rapid speed instead of making sure they were of quality. I order a 6 inch tuna and I'm rewarded with a single small scoop of tuna which was hardly traceable in the sandwich. Also, grabbing and dumping fixings makes for a whacked sandwich. Add a carbonated mess and a deflated small bag of chips and you have an $11 dollar disappointing lunch. My wife got turkey with very little turkey. You would think in a town called Weed they would not skimp. Not at this Subway, dude! If you got the munchies you are SOL here. read more

I have been here several times and this location is consistently great. Customer service and their sandwich making blows other locations out of the water. I think this is due to Martha who has always been here when I come in and always makes the best sandwiches loaded up with all the goodies. I usually take the sandwiches with me but they have a roomy dining room if you wanna take a break from driving and come on in and take a break for a meal. Right off the freeway and conveniently located. It's never been too busy and you can even order ahead and just come in and grab it. read more

The short blonde lady and the tall black lady were very rude. My friend didn't even want to get a sandwich after seeing how rude they were. Very condescending and acted as if it was a bother to make our food. Spoke condescending to the mom of our group, treating us as if we were dumb. Got a salad they no longer chop them so the bacon was full strips cold hanging out in there it was beyond basic at best I will say the stars are actually for the great help they had working there because I tossed most the salad. read more

This location did a great job of putting together a picnic lunch for 16 people. The only challenge was getting the orders communicated and then written clearly on the out side of the sandwich. We managed with only minor issues by ordering early before the lunch rush happened. The two people working that morning were very helpful and pleasant to work with. read more

Terrible food quality, sandwich ordered online was wrong and missing items from it. Ordered online and went inside to pick up my order from the online rack, my food wasn't there. Stood in line twenty minutes and once I got to speak with someone they advised me my order was in fact ready and was sitting on the back counter. Food was cold and soggy from sitting. How can you go wrong with subway? Most I've enjoyed are perfectly fine for this kind of dining. We were caught in a blizzard on our way north on I 5 to Oregon from the Bay Area and thankful this place was open...as were other travelers! Fast friendly service. Fresh vegetables, rolls, sauces and a warm and toasty large dining area where we could watch the snow swirling around the building and our cars. We Topped off our lunch with a warm cookie then headed outside to face the elements and continue what became a very long journey north into Oregon. I had a live BUG in my sandwich. I'm doing a big road trip and I was starving so I pulled over to grab something quick. It was not quick and I would not blame the staff. They were completely understaffed and customers were not being respectful of staff. Due to the fact that I had a LIVE BUG in my sandwich I will have to give this 1 star although I would prefer to give 0 stars. I had a betel crawl out of the sandwich the moment I opened it. I just came to the subway because it was right off the freeway and we really wanted a deli sandwich. There was this girl that was working at 2:32 on Monday the 19th who was so fast at the counter. Not only was she fast and efficient but she also had a smile every single time she greeted someone. I would leave her name and tell you how wonderful she was but I did not get it. The food was exactly what I expected, I wanted a cheap sandwich on the road. However, the staff here were so friendly. We came in 8 minutes before closing, and they asked us if we got stuck on a long detour because I-5 was closed, and we had. The staff called their manager to see if they could stay open late so people just coming over could get a bite to eat & use a restroom. Not only did they stay open later, but the manager came in and helped keep the shop open & staffed with the unexpected late rush. Sourdough bread. It's the ONLY Subway I've ever been to that has sourdough bread and it was GOOD. Not great, but GOOD. 2. Good service: attentive, and I never had to repeat myself. Review for Saturday 7/21 1pm This is a huuuuuge Subway. Located just off the freeway in Weed, CA this is the one of the better "on the road" Subways I have been too. I tried the new Caesar salad wrap. Delicious and perfect to eat while stuck in traffic on the 5 frwy. Not as big as the 6 inch sub, but it packs a ton of chicken!! Very tasty! I am so sorry that I didn't catch her name but the African American lady who helped us was fantastic! We don't order too often from Subway so she had to ask us some of the questions a few times. Plus, my mom decided to place her own order and often that can be disastrous for any worker who attempts to take the order from her. This young lady was super duper patient with her, and all of us, and that's pretty cool. One star off cause the bathroom was pretty dirty. read more

My Dad and I have eaten here several times. We prefer this Subway, out of the two in Weed because its closer to where we shop. True what other reviewers say-- it is big! lol. The biggest one I have been to. Its basically its own building. I saw another review here that talked about flies? I never saw any flies in here. It always looked and smelled clean in here to me. Our orders are always correct in this place, and the bread and other ingredients taste fresh. Service is friendly. Its one of my favorites in this area. read more
