Went here on a Saturday night and it wasn't too crowded. The place was cozy, and since it's right at a crossroads, the outdoor seating feels especially nice. I got the provencal burger with a house-made veggie patty, and it's one of the best veggie burgers I've had. It doesn't try to mimic a meat patty, it's just a true veggie patty with amazing ingredients and flavor. French fries were pretty average. We also got cheese curds with ranch which were amazing. Staff was friendly and overall the meal felt worth it. Definitely a spot I'd come back to if I'm in the area. read more

This was a cute spot in downtown Mt Shasta. They have a quiet patio, being tucked on corner as well as some indoor seating inside. I got the portobello sandwich with sweet potato fries. Simple but well made-held together nicely and the fries were crisp. Our server was very attentive and anyone on the staff we encountered was very friendly. It seems to have a local following as I overheard people saying how they like to come in often and they are always are a solid choice. I agree! Great place for lunch in the downtown area. Judging by the size of the crowd at lunchtime many feel the same. I had a bacon cheese burger and my wife had a portobello burger. Both were very good. Service was great considering only one person seemed to be doing everything except the cooking. But he was very friendly and did a good job checking on how our meal was and refilling beverages as needed. I would not hesitate eating there again if in the area. We ate inside, but they also have a nice outside dining area. Their playlist for music was great as well, a very interesting collection of different era music. Great patio friar wraps around the restaurant. It's mostly patio area for the most part. If you have a dog it's the perfect spot as they allow pets on the patio area. I ordered the fish and chips and they were absolutely delicious. I'd definitely recommend coming here read more

My family of 6 came here last week for lunch. We were welcomed right away and drink orders and water was served in minutes. The pesto chicken sandwich was very good and large enough to feed two of us. Everyone loved their meal and we had no complaints. Stopped by this great place on our way back home after a long weekend up north. Perfect choice! Super cute place, with lovely outdoor patio seating! Our meal choices were the Cabernet Burger, and I can honestly say this was the best burger I've had.... EVER! And the Grilled Ahi Salad. The burger was wagyu beef, grilled to perfection,, topped with goat cheese, grilled onions, arugula and an amazing Cabernet sauce on brioche bun! The salad had a good sized portion of perfectly grilled ahi topped with sesame seeds on a bed of greens, with a fantastic sesame dressing! I'm not a beer drinker, but decided to try a pint of Anderson Valley Peach Gose', a sour beer, which was delicious! Should you ever drive thru Mt. My partner and I were looking for a dinner spot and discovered Bistro No. 107. We had a solid experience here, and we recommend it as a nice, local establish. Highlights: We enjoyed the beer selection, which was varied and interesting. My jalapeño bacon burger was delicious. My partner said her shrimp po' boy was good. We shared the Hungarian vegan mushroom soup, which was tasty after a bit of salt; we thought it was unique and particularly liked this one. Thedressing for the ginger sesame salad was ok. Coconut shrimp had way too much coconut flavor in it; it was quite out of balance. However it was hot and crispy, and I stilled liked it. In terms of brew, I got the blackberry blonde, a tasty local beer with a nice hint of black berry. Our server was really knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, it had a nice, casual vibe, we enjoyed the food, service was good, and there was a decent beer selection. It's a good local spot! read more

Excellent, food and outstanding service. I enjoyed a Tennessee bleu sando, a sandwich which featured a breast of chicken , bacon, blue cheese, dressing, and barbecue sauce on a brioche bun. The chicken was perfectly cooked. The sauces were wonderful. It was on the list of specials, and it certainly was. My wife had a burger. She is always concerned about ordering burgers as she doesn't like to have any pink in it, but in her experience they are frequently overcooked. This one was perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was outstanding. The server took great care of us, but we were really impressed with how they helped another customer near us who was allergic to many things. The server brought the owner/chef out and she went over the customer's concerns to make sure there would be no conflict. There was another satisfied customer. I can't actually speak to the food here but I was a weary traveler in need of some salt to go so I popped in to Bistro 107 to see if they might have little to go salt packets. They didn't but they went out of their way to make me a little lidded plastic cup of salt when I wasn't even their customer and that kind of service deserves acknowledgment. What a nice find for lunch. We had our dog and needed a place with a patio. Great menu, ambiance and staff. I had the soft shell crab BLT sandwich that was absolutely delicious. My wife had the boneless chicken wings in buffalo sauce with an incredible coleslaw on the side. Great! You can tell a place is good when most of the patrons are locals and repeat customers. Upon leaving I chatted with another server Donny and shortly after Brandy came out and spoke with her. The energy here is the best hands down of any place I have ever dined and I eat out a lot. My family and I came here after sledding and tromping through the snow, we were hungry and thirsty and they had just the remedy! Sadly I forgot our waitress's name but she was phenomenal!!! On a recent visit to Mt. Shasta my daughter and I stopped in for lunch based on the recommendation from our Airbnb host. I had the French onion burger and my daughter had the Cabernet burger both were excellent! We also tried their beers on tap, I had the Humboldt Cider with Honey and it was so good. I don't remember what my daughter had but she really liked hers as well, so much so that we went back the next day for appetizers and beer. There isn't much I can add to the other reviews that give Bistro No. 107 outstanding ratings. The beer-battered fish was excellent and I liked the coleslaw and soup that came with the fish and chips. (I took soup instead of fries.) The server was very accommodating and efficient. The bistro has a good selection of local and regional artisan beers. The restaurant in ian old building with a wrap-around patio fits in with the city's ambience. read more

Great beer selections and amazing food!!! My issue is the seating. They have tiny two seater tables that are right next to eachother. You may have guest not in your party right next to you and if you need to get up you have to interrupt these strangers next to you and ask them to move so you can use the restroom. The seating needs to be fixed. It took away from my experience and was awkward. read more
