I called to complain about it once, and the manager said the fries that went out in delivery orders were made differently than those inside the store or at a different time or I don't know what he was talking about but they're not the same. Anyway, the sandwiches are good when delivered but the fries absolutely disappoint every time.

Did catch an employee helping himself to my fries when they were in the bag, and my complaint was ignored. Just last night, I made my dine-in order, without cheese, from the kiosk. It was prepared as a take-out, and when I yelled for ketsup (no one at the counter and I did say "please") I had to go on the other side to ask. I was scolded for being on the 'wrong' side. Probably did not want me to see the dirty kitchen. Got my ketsup and a "f#ck you" from another worker. Also got cheese on my burger to go along with cold fries. Got a hankering for a McBurger?
