The building is definitely on the older side. Lots of wood trim. Reminds me of an old dock. The seating area is L shaped, and largely fits around the outer edge of the building (the restaurant is on a corner lot). Great view of the park and water. Staff are friendly and cheerful. As my friends and I were only here for a beer, I can't comment on the food. Pricing looked pretty reasonable, and I've heard good things about this place from friends. I like Blenz not only because it's 100% Canadian. Also, I appreciate that they serve organic whole-leaf teas that are thoughtfully sourced from around the world -- as a tea lover, i like to drink whole-leaf healthy teas.
