One employee told me it has never worked in the time she has worked there. On my last visit, I ordered just two sodas. I stood there waiting. The order came up on the screen over the counter. Then it disappeared. I finally got the attention of someone who came over to the counter. I asked her where my drinks were. She said someone in the back said I had already gotten them. She apologized and got me my drinks, but that's just typical. If you ask for your meal to eat in and enter the number of the table marker, they will still put your meal in a bag and expect you to pick it up at the counter. This store severely needs some serious thinking about customer service. The remodel is nice, but everything went downhill.
