The food here is McDonald's. It's about the same as any other. Where this store falls down is its service. No one wants to come to the counter. You pretty much HAVE to order on the kiosks. But even that is strange. You may order, for example, a shake or a fudge sundae or whatever. But you won't get it. The ice cream machine has not worked in months. One employee told me it has never worked in the time she has worked there. On my last visit, I ordered just two sodas. I stood there waiting. The order came up on the screen over the counter. Then it disappeared. I finally got the attention of someone who came over to the counter. I asked her where my drinks were. She said someone in the back said I had already gotten them. She apologized and got me my drinks, but that's just typical. If you ask for your meal to eat in and enter the number of the table marker, they will still put your meal in a bag and expect you to pick it up at the counter. This store severely needs some serious thinking about customer service. The remodel is nice, but everything went downhill. read more

gave me my drink with the lid halfway on and my drink went everywhere all over my lap and then was steady telling me to pull my car up while I'm trying to clean dirty Dr Pepper out from all over my lap and then when I told her to wait a dang second she wants to get a mouth on her and then slam the window. i will never go to this mcdonald's again. read more

If there was a choice for NO stars, that would be my choice. I go to this location guiet often, and I blame myself for going back! I order on the app everytime and they get my order wrong everytime. I order the same thing everytime. I ask for extra onions, ketchup and no pickles. When I check it....shocker that you can count the onions on the burger or none at all, and always has the pickles on it! Went today same thing as usual but also the burger had so much salt on it, I couldn't even eat it! This location needs new management badly or they should shut the place down. If I could give zero stars I would have. My husband and I ordered dinner through the McDonald's app. I ordered two ranch snack wraps with french fries and my husband ordered a triple cheeseburger, four piece chicken strips, and french fries. I was looking forward to having the snack wraps because they were my favorite menu item growing up. Because this is the ONLY McDonald's in town, we never know if it'll be busy or how long it will take to receive our order, so we always order through the app to give the staff enough time to prepare everything in advance. My husband picked up the order and didn't think to check the bag assuming our order was correct and everything was packed. When he got home, I looked in the bag and noticed something was wrong. My entire order wasn't in the bag as well as my husband's order. Instead, we received two double cheeseburgers, a spicy mcchicken, and a large fry. We love McDonald's but we don't love the service at this location. My husband and I were upset because we were actually looking forward to our meals and wanted to give this location another try. My husband refuses to go back but if we ever decide to order food from this location, we'll ensure to check inside of the bag to make sure we have everything before leaving the drive thru. read more

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online on my way through town. Got my food and never checked it assuming all of my stuff would be there. I get home and check. And end up missing half of my order of the family meal. I called asking for a refund willing to show picture proof and ect if needed for it and they wing issue me a refund. Lucas the manager had great service. He was very sigma and very efficient when taking and managing orders. He should get a massive pay raise because that is the best service I've ever had in a while from any McDonald's worker. The food he made for me was outstanding. 10/10 everything best service ever. One of the worst McDonalds EVER. Their food is consistently cold. Today I waited several minutes for a regular cheese burger . I thought, "At last hot food." I can't even imagine when the last time this sandwich saw heat. It is one of the coldest I ever got here. The reviews are correct. Got a mc double and there must have been 1/3 a cup of ketchup on it! He got cheeseburger and there were some crusty pieces in it. The cashier and lobby worker gets the 5 stars. McDonald's Corp remains impartial in politics so thus location is breaking the franchise agreement playing Fox Entertainment News in its tv! Odds your order will actually be complete and correct: about 50% of the time. Poorly staffed, poorly trained & management may be the worst ive seen in any fast food establishment.
