Ok well most all of us have been to a subway. So we know what to expect. But after the new ownership I did see a great increase in quality and the general vibe of the place. It is very clean and the food is made to spec. I spoke with the new owner and he was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with as he gladly volunteered the info I needed for the new opening. I gave this location 4/5 stars In this case only because when I would come in during the morning shortly after opening, the only worker there would be sitting in the lobby looking miserable as she would look at her phone. Those days I was not greeted upon entry, and the few words spoken to me started with "well what do you want?" It wasn't the best way to start my day but oh well. I haven't seen her there in a good while. All the other employees were vertical friendly and would make grinning small talk with me which is very awesome. I like being treated how I treat people. Ultimately I will come back and enjoy this experience again. Also I plan to update this review pending any employee differences. 4/5 I'll check back to hopefully find a 5/5:) read more

My friend placed an order around 8:30am on the mobile app. We arrived around 9 something and it wasn't ready and an employee told us to wait 15-20 minutes because there wasn't enough bread made. We waited for 20 minutes and my friend asked how much longer it would take. He then told us to wait 15-20 more minutes. During this waiting time I don't know if he was just waiting for bread to bake or what but he seemed to have no urgency and was on his phone and had earbuds in. We couldn't wait any longer so we decided to just cancel it. He said because my friend ordered on the app that he'd have to cancel online, well he tried and because he ordered as a guest he couldn't get a refund for a $30 order. Bad experience! I ordered a Veggie sandwich and this store was out of tomatoes and onions so I asked if I could just have avocado. I was told I'd be up charged. Why?? The store was out of key veggies for a VEGGIE sandwich !!!!???? The manager kid didn't want to discuss or even make eye contact. Horrible customer service. I don't usually complain or make negative reviews so please understand that this is coming from a place of wanting them to do better. Service on a daily basis is good. The biggest issue I've had has to do with their catering side or specialty orders. I run a local small mostly online business. For at least the last two years I have ordered cookie trays from this location to deliver to the local post offices which help make my business successful. I have placed the catering order online as it instructs on the website and both years when I have shown up to pick up the order, the staff had stated they just learned it was needed 20 minutes before. This year, I called their corporate office which instructed me that the location confirmed the order yesterday at 2 PM, so not only did they not tell me the truth, but the order was not ready. The corporate office tried calling the location and advised me that the phone was either off the hook or disconnected. Wow. I operate a small business so I understand the intricacies of it. But seriously? This may not be a huge order but it was a consistent order that I would have placed year after year if not for the poor customer service. I did receive a call from the manger but honestly that wasn't really worth much. He offered me a free dozen of cookies, but given that I won't use their service again, that isn't necessary. Word to the wise. If you decide to order any specialty item from them, call IF you can get someone to answer. Otherwise try another local business if you want to keep business local. Lastly, when I did pick the cookies up, 3 hours after they were promised, they were not in a platter. They were placed in salad containers. Not a great presentation. read more

If people stopped to really consider what was going on at every subway they would stop eating there. You are literally spending quite a bit of money for a sandwich you could make at home for literally a quarter of the COST. The grilled chicken is less than 50% chicken and more fillers and preservatives than chicken. This is not a personal opinion, search YouTube for Subway grilled chicken. I personally will never eat there after doing the research. read more

Literally the worst subway ever. I've been here several times because I work nearby, and the experience has only been satisfactory one time. Last week, I used their mobile app to order and went on my lunch break to pick it up. I got there and waited 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence and no one else was even in there. Then, they hand me a bag with a 6" sub in it. I had ordered a footlong, 2 cookies and a large drink. I told the guy it wasn't what I ordered. He says "I just got here,0 and then walks around confused for a few minutes trying to figure out what's going on. Then he tells me it was because they were out of tuna and mayonnaise and I could either come back later that night or they could replace with something else. I had to get back to work, so I didn't have time for any of this. I asked for a refund because I had used Apple Pay. After saying he couldn't refund me at first, he begrudgingly refunded me. My lunch break was over, so I just went back to work. This was not my first negative experience here. They're always out of something. read more

I just want to start by saying that I am HORRIBLE at writing or remembering to write reviews. The reason I write this is because my family had such a pleasant experience at this Subway... January 2 years ago. Yes lol 2 full years ago! Ugh I laugh at myself that it took me so long to write this. However, my family was visiting the Ark Encounter and decided to stop here before heading in. The owner came out, suggested we get a different type of bread because it was fresh from the oven and was a genuinely nice guy. He talked about how long he had been working at different Subways and finally opened his own and the pride he takes in his work. The place was clean, our food was really good and prepared with pride. We sang to him before we left (our fam does 5 part harmony acapella) and left in such great spirits. I really hope this Subway does well. :) Would recommend in a heartbeat. read more
