The food itself was pretty decent and tasted good overall. However, even though I specifically asked for no ice, our cups were filled entirely with ice. It's a small thing, but details like that do matter. A shake that was on our order was also forgotten and had to be corrected later. The staff seemed very flustered and rushed, especially at the speaker while we were trying to order. I understand this location recently opened, so I'm hoping with time they'll find their groove, improve communication, and work more efficiently as a team. I chose the stromboli with sausage, ham and beef. Our server stopped by to refill our drinks and commented the stromboli's usually take a little longer. We did did not notice how long it took, so, it could not have been too bad. When our meals arrived, we were very impressed. We both thought the presentation was perfect. My stromboli was huge!
