If i could give 0 stars I would. The manager I believe is the caucasian man was touching everything from register to vegetables, bread, stoved (as in EVERYTHING) without changing gloves. I asked nicely for the girl to change her gloves bc she was also serving people's order but continued to touch her face & hair with the new gloves placed.. but the caucasian man heard what i said & made a rude commentary which i heard. very dirty, don't know how to use hand hygiene or how to place new gloves in between uses. DON'T recommend coming here!!!! read more

This subway is the worst in woodburn. Super messy veggies, meats it's everywhere. Service ain't too friendly either nor clean I would skip out on this food spot at the woodburn outlet. read more

Worst service I have ever been near. Horrible tasting food. I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE MEAT. All of the workers were on their phone and spelled like weed. They were all high, distracted, and everything was disgusting inside. The floors were dirty, no chips were in stock, and I had to ask multiple times for them to come out from the back to get my order down. I've never thought a place could be so dirty and unprofessional. So disappointed. ALSO MAY I ADD!!! the person with glasses and blonde hair really crossed the line with their attitude. It's disheartening to feel hated and sad in a place where you should feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Ordered online for the bogo footlongs. Ummm...added the meal option online and got there and the soda machine is broken. Associate says grab a drink from the case. And there's nothing in there but milk and one tea. He refunded me. But after I got home I realized it was only for the drinks not the chips and I was not told to grab chips. "I don't want to eat @ Subway while on vacation"!! a conversation with my hubby & daughter. My other half searched for Woodburn Outlet on his electronic device and headed straight to this outlet mall during our recent visit to Oregon. He said I told him too late so he hopped the highway. Oh well, I will just have to make the best of it and this I did. There aren't many food choices here at this Outlet mall, so we had no choice but to opt for Subway since the other eateries didn't look so promising. The reason why I didn't want to eat at Subway, we can always eat at Subway back home. My other half is happy since he mentioned its been so long that he had Subway. Last minute plans worked out better, and my unhappy altitude change as we were sitting together enjoying our Subway Sandwiches. We came at a perfect time, since they had a foot-long special. Any foot-long for 6.00 & no tax. This is really cheap!! I had to double check with the worker, any foot-long right? YES.!! My other half and daughter got the steak and cheese and I didn't get the foot-long and got the 6 inch turkey. The service is not that great, the girl making the sandwiches rushes and makes a mess plus she had a mad look, because I took a few more minutes to decide on the 3rd sandwich. The total of sandwich came out to the price of 3 foot-long. The cost of my 6 inch cost close to same amount as the foot-long so I changed mines to a foot-long, which they were nice to do this for me. I paid 75 cents extra to add guacamole, which really made my sub so much better. There was a rush right after we got our sandwich, thank goodness! I also shopped at Trader Joe's before heading to Woodburn, so I had a bag of Ghost Pepper chips with me. We ate our subs with the chips and Yums, it really went well together. My silly mad face turned happy. MAR 10, 2023 - went in during opening hours at 10am only to be greeted by an unfriendly employee stating sternly "I'm not open yet". We waited outside in the cold until 1015 while still not being welcomed in as she walked around with headphones in prepping the business for opening. I was already on a time crunch and needed to grab food to start the day. I understand that people are sometimes late or hit unplanned issues but the lack of empathy and proper customer service is what killed my review for this location. Well I work in the mall...for a week they were cash only. Then today I went and they were nice about it but if you have a giant picture of a brisket sandwich you shouldn't run out. But that was fine I ordered the garlic steak sandwich...after heating it I was told they were out of the garlic sauce. If they had told me that I would have ordered something else. Wow this store has gone down hill fast. I guess I will need to ask what are you out of before ordering. read more

Came here while browsing the outlet mall with my family, it was very clean except or the about to be overflowing trash cans everywhere. While ordering the first girl the does the bread was great but once we got to veggies out helper Lily was a huge disappointment! Probably one of the wort people I've ever had to order from at any subway before! She never made eye contact, never asked what we wanted, and skimped on everything we asked for twice I had to ask can I get more bell pepper not just 4 little pieces on a veggie only sandwich. After finished I said thank you about three times to make sure she heard and was only met with a rude expression across her face. I hope this store manager reads this is has a talk about her changing her attitude big time! This was horrible customer service because of her! Food was like in any other subway. I ordered the tuna footlong and asked them to warm up the tuna and they did. Not sure what all the bad reviews were about. I had a very normal subway experience. Good sandwich as usual. read more
