Terrible customer service. Online order was never started. Walked in to get the order and the 1 employee said he would get stared on it. More customers came in and employee choose to not for fill my order. Then looked at me and said I had to wait in line. He was very condisending and said he could only work on orders in front of him. In line customers. Needless to say. I was on a road trip with a new born and the reason I used online ordering was to not wait in line with a new born. Ate there yesterday and it was the only thing I ate the whole day. Gave me food poisoning, had to call out of work because I stayed up all night in the bathroom throwing up. Would not recommend coming here at all. The food itself was not that good either, bread was stale and the cookies tasted as if they were a day old. Would not recommend at all I still feel horrible. this is the fifth time I've had a problem with this location on Lawson Avenue. Apparently they have no supervisor or manager on shift ever. Going through the SUBWAY® app. My boyfriend and I ordered two sandwiches. A few minutes later we get the notification from DoorDash that they're going to go pick it up and deliver it, everything was going swimmingly, then the phone rings, and it's DoorDash. The gentleman informs me that they do not have meatballs, and cannot make one of the sandwiches. The DoorDash guy asked if there was another sandwich that my boyfriend would , and there was not. So the meatball sub was supposed to be canceled from the order. I think the DoorDash driver increased his tip and he delivered one sandwich no bag receipt stuck straight to the rapper of the sandwich. Laying on the porch. And behold the mental Olympians at this location just didn't make the meatball sandwich. They didn't bother to take it off the order. Somehow I ended up with a $26 sandwich laying directly on the porch. I called this location and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. Again, just like the last four times I've had issues with them ... There was no one available. And the boy, I do say boy, because he sounded like a deer cot in headlights. Told me he could call a manager and have them call me back. I said that's fine and he said we may have to do it in a little bit because I'm busy and I'm only only one here. I said that's fine. Would you like my phone number and name or order number to go along with the information that you pass on, he hung up. I called back. No one answered. Called back again. No one answered. Tried two more times. Still, no one answered. Go looking on SUBWAY® app for a complaint system, it doesn't exist. I go looking online for a phone number or a corporate complaint system, it doesn't exist either. now it's two hours later I still haven't even touched the damn sandwich because I'm so mad. So in summary, DON'T go to this one. And trust me the little reward points that you get out of the subway app are not worth being forced into this location versus the one on Mount Hood Avenue that actually does things right. This one, apparently cannot get decent supervision over their staff. Either you're going to end up with a totally messed up order, be missing items, or have them randomly decide that it is going to be two hours before your sandwiches going to be ready to Have the delivery guy go pick it up and bring it to you. if you order side items like chips or a cookie or churro or a drink, you might as well just be throwing money in the garbage can. You're not gonna get them on a delivery order. Good freaking luck trying to catch a manager or supervisor actually there to even complain to. Walked in to receive a mobile order I placed to find out my mobile order was not even started after waiting 35 minutes to have it made. Then I had to wait in line to tell them that I had a mobile order which they had received but did not begin until after waiting over 30 minutes in line. Once in line the sandwich artist didn't even follow my order that was in front of him. Gave me the wrong sauce on the sandwich. Gave me the wrong cheese on the sandwich . No one at this location cares. And if you're trying to speak to a manager good luck. There is never a manager on duty. This place is terrible. The only good thing I can say about this location is that the food is consistent with other Subways. Before I left, I saw a couple order salads only to be told there were NO FORKS available for them AS they paid! They were offered spoons - for a salad! Then, I made the mistake of using the bathroom. If you like fast food quality, but want premium restaurant wait times, this is the restaurant for you. Always understaffed, so there is usually one overworked employee trying to fill orders in the back, while the front just gets abandoned. We stopped here during a road trip to Seattle and were impressed with the service, food, and cleanliness of this Subway. Not to mention it blew my mind to see a drive-thru (I've never seen one for Subway before!). I tried the rotisserie-style chicken and my hubby got the hand carved turkey. The spinach was slightly wilted, but it was a better option than the shredded iceberg lettuce whose edges were starting to turn orange. We used their drive thru with the automated screen to place our order and they completely made our sandwiches wrong. They added 2 items to our sandwiches that was not requested, and forgot to add the cheese, jalapeños, and Chipotle sauce, and pickles...Atleast they got the lettuce and tomatoes and onions but that was it. The drive through is extremely slow. At a minimum you will wait 5 minutes to see even any signs of life behind the drive thru window. Most times the wait is 10 minutes sometimes more and it's not like the dining room is packed with people. There's a genuine lack of care for customers here. Today was my last bad experience here. My husband ordered a BLT for me and what I actually got was a bacon mayonnaise sandwich, I asked their manager both over the phone and in person if my sandwich could be remade to include the lettuce and tomato because my husband ordered a BLT. Both times I was told no. This location would rather lose 2 customers (my husband and I) over a 5 dollar sandwich rather than make a BLT an actual BLT. In the past my husband's been handed an open bag of chips and was treated with indignation when he asked for an unopened bag. Sometimes there is care taken into making a good sandwich which is the only reason why I give this store 1 star. I still like Subway and I'll go to the other location I town hoping I won't run into issues there. But I won't be going to this location again. I'm tired of being treated like a problem or flat out ignored when I pay money for a service. I have avoided going here for over a year, because every time I have been here either they were out of a condiment I wanted to add to my sanwich or their toaster oven was broken. But i decided to give them another try. I shouldn't have. This time, the sandwiches were fine and the toaster oven was actually working. My son ordered a drink, which the drink dispenser was out of, so he decided on something else, which was out also and ended up with just water. I said something to the manager, and she just kind of blew me off, and told me someone would come out to fill the lemonade, which by the way, wasn't my son's first choice of drink. We finished our sandwiches and waited. No one came out to fix the machine, so I said something again, and got an irritated look, and was told to just take something out of the cooler.
