The lady who initiated our order may have been the manager or shift lead, I'm not sure. Our sandwiches initially looked impressive, but after they were handed over and the veggies were applied by an older woman with a low-cut top, I had to repeatedly clarify my requests, and items were still added to the sub that I did not ask for. By that time, I was ready to leave. I had to remove items from my sandwich. Furthermore, she provided minimal amounts of veggies and mayo despite my request for extra. The subs were very dry and lacked flavor due to the insufficient veggies, and to make matters worse, one of the subs was not cut. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it. Four banana peppers on a foot-long sub is inadequate.

I take my grandson to the Liberty Street McDonald's once a week for breakfast. I usually do an online order and pick it up when we arrive and dine in. I know most of their customers are through the drive-through, but I can honestly attest that they are warm, friendly, and even check by your table during the breakfast hours. I can say with certainty that many other fast food restaurants like McDonald's doesn't have someone checking by tables as a norm. The food is consistently good and my grandson always loves their pancakes and sausage. I typically get a steak bagel and is consistently good. The restaurant inside is always clean and presentable. I know there were some other negative reviews, but this has been my experience for over the past six months at this location. Thanks to the staff and management at this McDonald's for being professional and courteous to those who dine in the restaurant. It makes for a pretty special time for me to share a meal each week with my grandson.

As for managers, revisit your policies to ensure they don't force employees to automatically say no to customers when instead they should be looking for ways to say yes.
