Got food to go. I arrived at about 3:35pm on Monday prior to Christmas. Staff was quick to take my order and deliver to me at the counter. Restaurant was clean. I really don't leave reviews whether the service was good or bad. I just had to come back and leave a review because this been on my mind. On September 5, 2025 around 2:45pm me and my husband went to this kfc location. Now normally when we don't see many cars which there was one car in the parking lot at the time we pulled in, we wouldn't go there but we gave it a chance. We go in and go to the counter to look over the menu and the black woman that took our order was so professional and bubbly, she just gave wonderful customer service!!!! So anyway I asked about the 3 wing meal because I didn't see it on their menu board and I know other locations have it displayed. So there was a young white girl running the drive thru and remind you they don't have much traffic at this time, but I wish I had names instead of addressing by race but my apology I have not one racist bone in my body. I have nieces that's mixed with both white and black. So the black woman asks the young white girl about the meal I asked about and she replied back with a nasty and I do mean nasty attitude and told her it's the same as the other order number on the menu board but just put all wings. So I tried to over look her nasty attitude because I'm working on myself and I must say I'm proud but anyway to make a long story short I didn't get what I asked for and the food was horrible. You can tell the fries was double cooked, I was gonna go get my money back but just took it as a lost. Food for thought if you know that you not good with the public, meaning dealing with people, your customer service skills. You shouldn't apply for a job that you have to see people or deal with them. No one told you to apply for that job you did. read more

I ordered for pick up- I arrived early, when I told the staff I was there for a pick up order... there was a lot of confusion. I am going to guess that the manager was the one that identified my order... she asked someone to get my drinks. I was given my drinks- but not my food. There were several customers in the store, and 5-6 cars when I arrived. When I asked where my food was... the "manager" seemed concerned that the young lady didn't give me my food. The young lady piped up an attitude and said she didn't know it was my food. There is a consistent theme in KFC's.... and it appears to be hiring un qualified candidates.... and inadequate training. Do not go their and eat they have so many complaints on Facebook from fingernails in the potato's to chicken not being done, buffet being disgusting, the floor was wet and the back floor was disgusting- one lady took a picture and videos and posted them on fb and she called check on them when they came out they got and 84! It's really really pathetic!!!!! They make the pot pies with left over chicken that they pick with their hands no gloves! Dirtiest restaurant I have ever stepped in. Floors, restrooms, walls, seating an tables all dirty and in ill repair. The buffet looked like a bomb exploded on it. This place was so bad that I got back in my car and went to the Bojangles up the road. read more

We went on a Sunday at approximately 6:30 pm. I am a big fan of the pot pie which is what we went there to get. "All out" they said. Disappointed we ordered a large popcorn chicken and a 3 piece meal. When asked what sauce we wanted we chose the honey mustard. "All out" they said and all out of the barbecue sauce. So we settled on ranch and sweet and sour. We get home and there is no sauce at all. The popcorn chicken is not what it used to be. Now it is some sort of compressed chicken and it was awful. Also they gave us a small and charged for a large. That really didn't bother me because I only ate part of it before throwing it away.
