The first couple of days I was a hot mess, but here I am, zero pain, the expected bruises are all but gone and my mouth is back to its new normal. Dr. Hoffman is a wonderful doctor - he took the time to speak to me before the surgery and explained what he was going to happen that day. He put the IV in me and the next thing I knew, I was waking up. Every single person in that office is better than the one before! I am such an idiot - I waited so long because I was afraid - Dr. Hoffman gave me back my confidence and my smile back! If you need any kind of dental help, he's your man!

We took our mother to see Dr Hoffman couple of months ago because she was having difficulty eating due to teeth problems and old dentures. At this point she was barely able to eat anything and couldn't walk and had to be in a wheelchair. He treated her as a person not just a dollar sign and cared enough to ask her what was going on. Long story short turned out she had cancer and passed end of October. He provides an excellent treatment for various dental problems. Unlike other dentists I had over many years Dr. Tkachuk thinks out of the box and hence can solve problems that otherwise would have no solution at all. Example: I've had a problem with very painful sensitivity to sweet, sour, and cold due to high bone loss on teeth necks. While other dentist couldn't do anything about it and just recommended Sensodyne toothpaste, Dr. Tkachuk came up with an idea of putting small filling on each front tooth neck and that solved a 20y+ old problem! That was absolutely amazing! Olga Gorokhovskiy, the dental hygienist attending in the office, is also amazing. She provided the most painless deep dental cleansing (scaling) I ever had. Thank you! The office itself is exemplary! It's super-clean, neat, and most importantly the maximum wait time we had so far was 5 min! On almost all visits we get admitted exactly at the time of the appointment. This is unbelievable! Overall, we highly recommend Dr. Igor Tkachuk and his office as they provide an outstanding dental care experience! It's hands down the best of all offices we tried for the past 25y!

I have to say, the positive feedback I read really lived up to its reputation! When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by a spacious parking lot, which made everything easy and convenient. The ADA-compliant ramp was a nice touch, showing that they care about making their office accessible for everyone. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt at ease--the office was spotless and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The front desk staff were super friendly and could tell I was in a bit of pain. A lovely young lady took my information with genuine kindness, making sure I felt comfortable as I filled out the necessary paperwork. Within moments, I was led into the examination room and put on a dental bib, ready for what was next. Once my X-rays were sent over from another office, Dr. Peto came in with a warm smile. His calm and approachable demeanor really helped to put me at ease during what could have been a stressful experience. He carefully examined my tooth and explained that the filling I had received a few weeks prior wasn't done well. With care and clarity, he walked me through the extraction process so I knew exactly what to expect. He numbed the area with a few injections of Lidocaine, which he administered quickly and effectively. Then, the Nitrous Oxide helped me relax even more, which was a great bonus! In no time--less than ten minutes, actually--Dr. Peto had successfully extracted my tooth. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went, and he was able to do it without making any major cuts into my gums. Afterward, he carefully stitched up the socket and sent me home with prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. Plus, I received a thoughtful aftercare package with everything I needed to help me heal comfortably! Every single person at Leading Edge Periodontics was absolutely wonderful. From the receptionists to the dental assistants, their friendly and caring attitudes made all the difference. I experienced hardly any bleeding during my recovery, and at my follow-up appointment a week later, I was thrilled to learn that my socket was healing beautifully. They encouraged me to get in touch if I had any questions or concerns, which made me feel supported even after I left. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Leading Edge Periodontics to anyone in need of dental care.
