I then received a letter stating that I was denied the loan. No calls, no updates, nothing from prime lending. I reached out to yani and learned she had no longer been working for prime lending but I never received anything notifying me of this. Prime lending has wasted my time, credit on hard pulls and effort. I've attempted to reach out to prime lending with no response. I would beware of this company.
