I closed out the bill in April 2023 and it wasn't until this month 2024 that they decided to send me to a collection agency that is sure to ruin my great credit (800's). This was my first impression of the company, and it was enough to ensure I will never do business with them. I immediately switched to Allo and received professional, reliable service. I was also told by locals that this company previously monopolized the area and developed a reputation for poor service -- which explains why so many people switched once Allo came to town. Despite making payments and trying to fix the issue, my service was disrupted again. I spent hours on hold and was told I'd have to wait 24 hours for service to resume--unless I paid an extra fee to do it over the phone. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This experience was the last straw. I've canceled my service. TDS has lost me as a customer.
