TERRIBLE place!!! Do not come here. "Unsafe accident inside a car wash tunnel" The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely irresponsible. I was given no instructions or guidance at all when entering the car wash, yet they later claimed they were not responsible because I supposedly failed to follow instructions. Blaming a customer for not following directions that were never provided is absurd. What is far more alarming is the safety failure. My vehicle was already fully stopped inside the conveyor tunnel, and for about one minute nothing was done. No emergency stop was pressed. No staff checked the situation. The conveyor kept running as if no one was paying attention. This was not an instant accident. There was more than enough time to stop the system and prevent what followed. Because the tunnel was left unattended, another vehicle was allowed to enter and crashed into my car. Instead of acknowledging this failure, the staff focused only on blaming me and refusing responsibility. If a stopped vehicle can sit inside a running conveyor for nearly a minute with no action taken, that raises serious questions about safety procedures. If staff are present but not actively monitoring or responding, then what purpose do they serve? This experience was stressful, avoidable, and handled without accountability. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values safety and responsible operation. read more

Like some of the other reviews, I was also fooled into signing up for a membership by an employee who made it sound like it was only a one-time purchase that would cover 30 days. It was extra funny because the initial purchase was $10, but the membership is $20 per month. Guys, really? I'd think earning a potential $20 a month would be nothing to tarnishing the name of your business. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! First of all, staff is VERY VERY RUDE! especially GREG!!! We asked what was his "position" and all he said was he was the "highest position." His attitude and how he handled the situation was very nasty. First of all, you work in customer service and you should know how to treat paying customers or anyone for that matter with respect! We recently got into an accident inside the carwash. There was a malfunction with their carwash and they ended up blaming us and stating they won't cover the expenses to get the damages fixed. How can it be our fault that the wraparound brushes BROKE our side mirror in the first place....Then the car which was on NEUTRAL while on the CONVEYOR SYSTEM started to swerve to the side on its own which was GOING TO HIT A POST so obviously my bf's first instinct is to step on the break, otherwise the damage would've been 10x worse if his truck hit the post!!!!!!! We've never experienced anything like this from any other automatic carwashes ever!!! DO NOT COME HERE I PROMISE YOU OR YOU'LL DAMAGE YOUR CAR TOO!!!!!!!!!! a couple years ago i stopped going here because my car got scratches from the car wash. my car was less than a year old. canceled my membership and never went back because the manager did not do much to help with the damages. sent us to a bogus car place that had no availability to take fix our car issue. sold the car and lost money on the sale due to damages. 2022 went back recently only the front portion of the car was washed the back completely dirty. 2025 the vacuums never work. always have to ask to have them turned on. not worth the money. if you are ever desperate to get a car wash do it by hand if you go here you will need to re wash your car. read more

I've had a membership since they have opened. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Lately I've noticed both cars have not come out as clean. There's always black streaks left on the cars. At one point I was overcharged for 6 months because my vehicles weren't merged. We were able to take care of that and things were good. I went in and my card had shown expired on the screen. I had no clue, didn't have my wallet or Apple Pay set up yet on my phone and she said she would have to exit me out. I'm at the wash 3-4 times a week, sometimes twice a day if I'm taking both cars. She's seen me there all the time and she couldn't offer a courtesy wash at least so when I got home I could update my account. That was a huge turnoff for me. I haven't renewed my membership and I'm not planning on renewing, which is very tough for me considering how often my cars get washed. read more

I came here for the free car wash, which was worth $20. There wasn't much of a line, and the employee helping at the kiosk was attentive. The location is a bit inconvenient, so definitely plan the timing of your visit. It is a bit on the smaller side, compared to other car washes. If you don't want to commit to a monthly subscription plan, you can definitely try it out. It's definitely one of the quicker ways to clean your car, other than doing it yourself. The only issue I had was that the vacuums didn't have that much suction power, so there was a lot of dust and particles that I couldn't get out. read more

I purchased the $35.99 membership on the expiration date which was today due a lack of satisfaction. I had a 30 day trial period but only got to wash my car twice in one month. Both times, my car was still with dirty specks but I was okay with this since I know there's nothing better than a hand car wash but these are no longer available. Drying and vacuuming my car was a challenge due to the unkept area with trash and overflow trashcan. No protector for the sun beaming over your car and self while attempting to vacuum and dry vehicle. Lots of other customers harassing one to hurry due to few car stalls available. Greg, manager was able to trace my initial conversation with their salesman and credit my account. This was helpful. No more Googie for me!! This is too bad since it was close my work. read more

Love this car wash! Quick and good value. They offer a monthly unlimited package which is a good price if you go more than twice a month. I love they have free vacuuming but it can get pretty busy. The only reason for -1 star is that the wash isn't the most thorough, which is expected since they're machines rather than hand wash. When I got my membership it was $29.99 promotions cost. After 2 months it went up to $35.99 which was not a problem. Then in January 2025 I went to the location to cancel my subscription. I find out two months later they were still charging me. Went March to cancel and they said they did it. They refund me two months and then April 28 they charged me again. I called and the woman told me I had to do it in person. I moved away and drove 30min for the manager to tell me they dont do it there. But then pulls out a Qr code to scan to do it. I attempted to cancel back in November but instead of cancelling they RENEWED my subscription for $12 MORE THAN I WAS ORIGINALLY PAYING. Giving a one star rating the question asks "what could improve" & in my personal opinion I think the entire car wash needs an improvement. I've been coming here for a few years now and the quality has declined MAJORLY. I think the owners believe us customers don't pay attention to detail but I am not one of those people. My car is very valuable to me and there's no point in making your business look good on the outside with plants and butterflies when the car wash itself is not sufficient. I bought a brand new 2025 vehicle and I have scratches that obviously have never been there before until I came through for a wash. The brushes look very old and dirty which leaves streaks on my car, last week I had oil drippings from the blow dryers and when I ask if I could speak to the person in charge they are NEVER there. The vacuum hoses should all be replaced, they either have blue tape holding them together or they're smashed due to customers driving over them. On a positive note, the staff is amazing. I would like thank Miss Deven because she is always there to help not only with customers but her coworkers mention how great she is at fixing accounts! I appreciate the smile and energy she brings. I'm not one to complain but as of lately I'm very dissatisfied with Googie Car Wash. I think this place needs to close until everything is replaced and fixed because then we customers pay the price. Don't judge a book by its cover, it may look nice on the outside but the inside will wreck your car. The employees are not at fault, the people who OWN this place should be ashamed. read more

I have been a customer along with my wife for some time. At the beginning it was good and now the service is bad. Mind you I'm paying close to $50/month. Your supposed to get the complete wash but I get a half ass job at the beginning the suds are low, the brushes don't clean rite and at the end the towel rolls don't even dry our cars not only that but some of the vacuums don't work. This has been going on for some time, it's like the management or owner stop caring about the quality and customer satisfaction. I have heard similar complaints from other customers yet the issues persist and the system is always having issues with no remedies. read more

When this place first opened, it was great. Now the equipment is hit and miss and/or dirty, which leaves your windshield with streaks. The reader that reads your license plate is hit and miss and there's rarely any employees there that can answer any questions. I'm glad there is another car wash opening down the street. I'm probably going to have to switch which is unfortunate. read more

I have a Thule cargo box and have visited this car wash multiple times. I'm very careful which car wash facilities I use bcs of the cargo box. My past visits, I've never had a problem and have never been told I could not use the car wash due to my cargo box. However, recently I visited the car wash and my cargo box was ripped off my car and totaled. The employee present at the time stated she had turned off the top rollers to account for the box, but she had not. I filed a report and spoke with the manager and they were unwilling to compensate me for the loss of my cargo box. He stated that their car wash is equipped with sensors to accommodate such items, which obviously failed. I'm not asking for anything extraordinary, just simply for the company to compensate me for the loss of my cargo box. Their facility needs to be better at warning customers of the risks and they should not have allowed me to visit the wash multiple times knowing their car wash isn't compatible with such car accessories. Their warnings state they are not liable for aftermarket accessories but there are no warnings stating cargo boxes or other aftermarket accessories are not compatible with the wash. I can understand minor damage occurring, but the cargo box was completely ripped off my car. I would highly discourage anyone from using this car wash facility, as they are unwilling to take any responsibility for damage caused by their facility. Again, I have visited this facility multiple times and expected the company to take more responsibility. If this still goes unresolved then I'm willing to take them to small claims. read more

This is for the $7 car wash... This car wash is fairly new and at a great price considering most gas stations also charge $7 and don't have the latest tech & equipment such as this place. I wish I didn't have to give them any stars. I went to this car wash Saturday morning. I only needed to wash my car, not vacuum, so I went through the wash and kept going to a funeral 3 cities away. When I got out of the car, I saw a long scratch along the side of my car that wasn't there before the wash. I walked around to get something on the passenger side, and there was another scratch. Needless to say, I was shocked. I went to the funeral and had other obligations that day, so I went to the car wash the following day, on Sunday. I spoke to two.a manager who was a bit condescending from the beginning. He looked at my car and said "that wasn't us". I explained, several times that I had not been anywhere else but here when the scratches had appeared on my car. He kept replying " supposedly". He then said that I was the only one out of thousands of cars that complained about scratches on the car. A few sentences later, however, he said that when others complained about this cars being scratched, he told them the same thing he was telling me . When I called him on the discrepancy, he then said that I was the only one that day complaining. I finally asked for his name which he gave me a hard time with. At first, he said "well I'm the manager, I'm the one taking care of the problem, I'm the highest you can go to"; not wanting to give me his name. He finally gave me his name; Greg Laura. Hopefully he was at least truthful about his name. So then I asked him if he was going to file a report, because I wanted to sign it. He said "this is the report". I ask him if there was going to be any thing written, and he said, "no". I drive a Suburu Solterra, and at first I thought, maybe this location is not equipped to handle cars my size. But then I remembered a scratch I saw on a rented Kia Nero, which is I little smaller than my Suburu,I rented that car for a couple of months and also brought it to this car wash once or twice. I saw scratches on this car too, same pattern, but I didn't realize at the time where they came from. I don't know about smaller cars, but if you own a mid size car or bigger, I would stay away from this car wash! read more

Drove into the wash. The unit is setup with LPRs= License Plate Readers that can recognize your plate from a data base. You are able to pull into the tunnel fairly quickly, guided by attendant to make sure you are between the rails. You get sprayed with the suds and then rinsed. At the end the fans come on and blow drys the car. Once you exit, you are able to pull into one of 20 stalls to do your vacuum and detail. Overall it was a very smooth experience. The car gets clean depending on how dirty it is. If it's still dirty, they offer to allow you to pull it in again. Did my vacuum and wiped down excess water and good to go read more
