I've had a Fast5Xpress membership for a while, and it's hard to beat the convenience. They have plenty of locations, making it easy to stop in wherever you are, and the unlimited wash membership is a good value if you wash your car often. That said, the actual wash is pretty average. It does an okay job removing light dust, but it often leaves behind bugs, road grime, or dirt around the lower panels and rear of the vehicle. If you're expecting a really clean car, you may end up wiping it down yourself afterward. The best part is definitely the vacuum stations. The vacuums have strong suction, are usually well maintained, and make it easy to clean out the interior. Overall, Fast5Xpress is great for convenience and routine maintenance, but there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to the quality of the wash itself. read more

It's honestly hard for me to write this because I've been a regular here and never had a single issue--until now. I decided to bring my Tesla in for a quick wash and even paid extra for the 3-day option, thinking my car would be in good hands. As soon as I started driving, I noticed scratches along the side door. Not small, barely noticeable marks -- actual scratches that weren't there before. I immediately filed a claim with the manager, expecting some level of professionalism or accountability. Instead, they completely denied responsibility. No effort to make it right. No ownership. Nothing. I rarely take my Tesla anywhere for this exact reason, and now I regret making the exception. Please be careful taking your car here to get washed, mine got damaged. I was sitting in my car while going through the wash and I heard what sounded like a loud metal hit the side of my car and once I got out I saw a bunch of scratches that weren't there before. They had to re-watch the cameras and afterwards they admitted that something hit my car. I was pretty upset but there's only so much you can do. Although it's a convenient option, it's not worth the hassle in my opinion. read more

I guess the people in this town really love a clean car! With so many of these car wash places all over and how busy they are, you would think that they are paying you to keep your car clean! I prefer to have an actual person (who is not me) do the actual vacuuming and drying up the car but since we get free monthly service, and I don't have to do the actual washing part, I guess I'll take it. It's pretty busy here unless you get there before 11 am. read more

I went back to the wash as I was annoyed after seeing this, I spoke to the tech and they confirmed it was due to the height of the truck, if I signed an additional waiver they would engage the boom to clean the center of the vehicle. I signed and went back through. My truck was cleaned thoroughly. 5 stars ****OLD REVIEW Do not use if youve got a truck. I drive a f150 no lift modifications and regular height, but it looks like they've configured the Center roller to not work if you have a tall vehicle. I paid for a good wash and only got the left and right side of the vehicle cleaned. See the photos. Centre still is dirty. read more
