Went to complain to staff, only to find other theaters in the cinema had the same issue. Staff said "it's a known issue". Nothing was done to rectify these errors. Will not be returning to this theater again. 3/10.

As we planned to see the movie we bought tickets a second time and used a different ticket delivery method at the door. This resulted in paying the "Convenience" charge a 2nd time and well frustrated at the ineptness of the AMC app. During the Movie we had an interruption leaving my 9yr old in tears. Yes she is 9 and we work with her resiliency but when you are watching on the big screen you loose the effect with these type of issues. After the Movie we went to ask for a refund on the 1st set of tickets we bought. After waiting a while we were given a refund. Then I pointed out that it was about $10 short. AMC advised me that the "Convenience Fee" is not every refunded. I asked for a manager and Manager Zipporah came and repeated the same policy from AMC. They might as well call it an Inconvenience fee as the app cost us time and didn't deliver the tickets in a timely manner. I paid that fee twice for the second set of tickets. I should have asked for a refund on those as well but I didn't. Charging a fee that AMC doesn't refund when they provide poor service is inexcusable. The young manager portrayed that she had no authority or ability to correct the situation which is also another instance of AMC intentionally hiding behind policy and minimum wage workers. My conjecture: Also for those who read this and don't know they charge this fee because they close the main ticket windows and force you to wait in line. This will increase their snack sales. This is the real reason for this fee, because you receive the convenience of not being pressured into the upsell.

After the manager finished assisting the customers in front of us, she walked away and left my daughter and me standing outside in the cold. I took it upon myself to walk inside and told my daughter to go ahead and sit inside the theater while I waited to be assisted. The manager then rudely asked if I had my ticket. I told her yes, and as I approached her to show it, she told me I had to go back outside and wait in the cold. I explained that I would step back outside once someone was available to assist me. At that point, she raised her voice and stated that she did not have to let my daughter and me watch the movie and that we could be refunded instead. I then asked another employee if he could scan my ticket. He politely agreed, but while he was scanning my phone, the manager told him not to give me a ticket and to refund us. I informed him that my daughter was already inside the theater. He apologized and said the manager instructed him to issue a refund anyway. As we were leaving, I asked for a receipt for the refund and was told there was no receipt upon getting a refund. I then asked who the manager's superior was and was told that there was no one above her. Given how very disrespectful and unprofessional this situation was especially in front of my child--I felt forced to contact the police after walking my daughter to the car. I will never return and do not recommend this location to anyone.

Otherwise, I suggest you come highly intoxicated and bring friends that are also highly intoxicated. It will make the show so much better.
