Went to see The Death of Robinhood. Movie was set for 12:10. 3 trailers played, then a black screen for 10 minutes. Movie did not start until 12:40. Had another movie goer obnoxiously snore the entire movie. Told staff and they did nothing about it. Movie went back to a black screen halfway thru the movie. Went to complain to staff, only to find other theaters in the cinema had the same issue. Staff said "it's a known issue". Nothing was done to rectify these errors. Will not be returning to this theater again. 3/10. read more

We enjoyed our movie. The chairs were comfortable and the sound and video quality was good. We did have to wait and miss some of the previews because our theatre was not cleaned when our movie time started. read more

Manager decided to hang up the phone mid sentence while explaining to him the doors closed 10 minutes after the movie started, not letting us buy a ticket after driving from Crestview. Yes, it's a private business and they can refuse the sale. Let's dive into the unprofessionalism. My wife and I are Regal Unlimited Members, giving $22.99 a month to this business. We go once or twice a month, spending at least $40 every time we go. Manager would not hear us out explaining to him about the unforeseen construction on 85 which made us 10 minutes late. Instead of trying to listen to a customer, he insulted my wife by talking down to her as if she was a child, instead of trying to accommodate us on our next visit. From one business owner to who ever runs this place, Manager should manage McDonald's, ask him why. Something to do with the analogy he gave us. Anyway, we are canceling our memberships. if I could leave a negative 5 star review I would in a quarter of a heartbeat. It was as clean as a gas station toilet (and no not Buc-ee's). Only one person working guest services and he was really slow. Then we looked at the app and it gave us the wrong auditorium number so we went to see the manager and he was the worst person ever and started yelling at my dad and being rude and sarcastic and wouldn't give us are tickets and we missed the first 40 minutes of the movie read more

$50 for 4 tickets....way over priced for the dirty quality of service provided. Theater was extremely dirty, there was a cup full of soda still in the holder in one of the seats we purchased. Attended this cinema today to watch the new movie "Joy Ride". The employees (the ones who sold us our tickets) were slow and threw our tickets on the table without telling us where to go. Once we found our theatre we were shocked because of the lay out. (If someone were sitting in front of us we would not be able to see as the screen has no type of slant) The bathrooms were pretty clean though. The movie was supposed to start at 2:20 but didn't start until 2:50. Overall not very impressed with this movie theater. The only reason I would come back is because they do 5 dollar tickets on Tuesdays which is a good deal. read more

Theater is clean and has great popcorn and drinks but management is a little sketchy a lot of nights they will turn off the screen during the credits old outdated theatre no stadium seats one scenario they had a false movie theater time and one scenario they closed the door on me for the last showtime which has only been 10 minutes after they play over 15 minutes of commercials and over 15 minutes of Previews and I've been sold tickets for last showtimes way after 10 minutes in the past and theater screen has shut off and turned back on during the movie more then once audio has cut out more then once and lights have been left on when they should be shut off more then once read more

Theater closed 10 min after start time. They wouldn't let me in. They play 15 min of commercials and then 15 min of previews. Atleast stay open 20 min after the last start time so I don't have to watch commercials at a movie. I've gone before where they had posted movie times and arrived early and they closed early anyways. Old outdated theater with no stadium seating even. No late shows after 7 pm some of the year. read more

This place has terrible picture quality. And it definitely has a smell. it smells awful, i mean i don't go to boujee movie theaters but i at least thought it wouldn't stink and would actually be able to see the movie i paid to watch. read more

This place is in desperate need of renovations. It looks old. Smells old. Sure you can see a movie here, but with all the streaming services available why would you do that here? Maybe if this place was upgraded I would consider coming back. read more

Went to see the new Raiders movie, start time 6:45. Actual 7:27. 42 minutes of propaganda, interviews with "influencers" and ads. If I had been alone, I would have left and asked for my money back. Previews traditionally start before start time. I was an unwilling captive audience. The seats aren't so comfortable I want to be there 45 minutes longer than I planned. I could care less what any influencer has to say, but also, as this was a family movie, why is the LGBTQ lifestyle being PROMOTED- I have no problem with promotion in general, but promoting during a family movie? Why do children need to hear about sexual preferences of ANY kind? read more

I don't go to movies very often, but I did decide to go today and see Jigsaw. From the initial perspective of the theater, it didn't look like it had very much customers at all and that can either be a good or bad thing. So upon ordering the ticket at the booth, I was asked if I was military without having to ask them. I thought that was pretty nice of them for the 10% discount. I went to the late evening show and it looked like there wasn't much people inside either. Some of the arcade games that they had were turned off. Seems like they don't really pay too much attention to those. I went into the seating area and I was the only one here!! I guess it would be a bit nice if there were at least a few others here as well. One of the things I noticed is that when the movies played, they dimmed the lights really low, but they didn't turn it off like other movie theaters that I've been to in the past. I did go out and tell and attendant to take a look and two of them came in separate times to look, but didn't turn it off. It didn't bother me too much, but I do prefer the lights to be completely off. Unless this is some kind of new law/regulation they have keeping the lights on. The aisle lights are already on as well so I didn't think they would need the lights overhead to be on. read more

Didn't even get 5 mins into the Movie and the movie had terrible quality . We could hear the obnoxious audience over the film itself then when we asked for a refund we had to go back and forth with Cashier Brandon who refused to give us the refund and kept repeating "we can just turn it up ". Until the other cashier called up management who was very respectful and took care of us . But the customer shouldn't have to argue with an employee to get a refund! read more

Prices gouge the consumer. $4.64 for a 25 cent box of candy. $5.61 for a small coke. The theater for Cars 3 was only 20% full. I urge consumers to boycott this theater. We have the power. It is in our wallet. Stay away! Only then will this den of thieves take corrective action. read more

Went to see "Snatched " for Mothers Day and it was packed out. First the line had 50 people waiting with only one ticket window then inside was the same, only two concession lines with a full lobby. At least the movie was great read more

This theatre used to be the place to go. It was always hoppin and poppin. Makes me a little sad to see how it is now.

Ridiculous prices. 45.00 for movie for two 1 Coke and 1 popcorn. Clean place. No one was there. 4 people in the movie.
