It has now been a month, I have not been contacted as I was told. Today I drove over to the car wash to try to talk to someone. No one here and one of the garage doors had come down on a jeep and the jeep bent the door getting out from under it. The door is stuck open . I tried calling to report the door but only getting answering machine. I decided to wait as I figured someone would eventually show up to close the door. It's currently 14 degrees. While I was waiting I watched a truck in another lane get hit by the exit door as he was driving out . He stopped but was stuck in the truck. Another customer n knew how to push the button to raise the door so he could leave.

The great thing about this is that the next time I came back I think it might've been the next day the hose was repaired I think it was like an actually brand new hose someone stuck on there and it worked great. I went back to them right away because there were some other things I needed to clean outside and when I saw that I just did it and it worked out just as well as it did before. It was just impressive that magic wand did that repair exactly right away it looks like within 24 hours the repair was done and ready to perform. Yes I got a nice RV wash bath but The Magic Wand People made sure it didn't happen again.
