Came here during a Halloween bar crawl. They have great happy hour specials, especially on margarita pitchers, so we made sure we got here in time. Bar staff was super friendly and did salt or sugar on each person in our party's glass individually. We got a pitcher of mango and a pitcher of strawberry I believe and both were a hit with our group. From there we grabbed a table for food. Good size menu with fair prices. Mediocre Mexican food with terrible service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I came here with a larger group on a weekend, and we were seated upstairs. It was lively, but there were still quite a few open tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were able to order quickly, but from there, it was impossible to get anything. We got chips right away, but no servers came back upstairs for almost half an hour to check back in on us, meaning that we couldn't get refills. When we finally got our food, we asked for more chips and a water refill, both of which never came. Some of our party wanted hot sauce, which we also couldn't get. After about 20 minutes of waiting for someone to come and check in on any of the upstairs tables, one of my friends walked downstairs to ask a server to help us. From there, we were able to get refills on water, chips, and condiments, and our server did a better job of checking in on us. Overall, I won't be back to Sueno. The food was just okay - not worth having to walk to a separate part of the restaurant to find a server. We stopped in here on a weeknight while waiting to get to another event across the street. Upon seeing the sign for $2 Taco Tuesdays, we knew we had to check it out. The restaurant wasn't too busy, so we got seated very quickly. There was a happy hour menu and we just missed it since we were just past 6pm, but nonetheless, the tacos made up for it. I ended up trying one of each and all of them were pretty good. Most were served as small soft tacos, but the beef taco came on it's own plate as a crunch taco. There is also a small hot sauce bar near the corner next to the bar, giving you a nice selection of sauces to experiment with along with your food. My experience here was a bit underwhelming considering the excitement and joy I had before deciding to try Sueno out. I was in an Uber on my way elsewhere, a bit further distance, but was attracted to the outside/sidewalk patio, entrees and margaritas. My Uber driver even stated "this looks fun!" I decided to end my trip early and try this place out. Upon entering, I initiated conversation with the host and requested to sit outside and could understand if the tables outside were reserved for larger parties. The engagement, response and rationale from the individual wasn't at all acceptable. I expressed wanting to have a full dining experience, after what was recommended. I ended up having a seat at the bar which was a quick and a comforting turnaround. Vanessa & Zach were great bartenders and the manager Maureen came by to speak and do what she could. The steak flour tacos were really good, hot, fresh and enough for a filling meal. Vanessa made a great Casamigos Margarita and her energy, hospitality and attentiveness was out of this world. I would go back on a Sunday and recommend Vanessa or Zach (at the bar) but I can't say that I would feel assured with my chances on any other dining experience here. read more

Came here for some Halloween fesitivities. Decorations were decent and the haunted house was okay as well. Didn't know what to expect but thought at the end of the haunted house that we'd be exit into the restaurant. Instead when done you exit into the alley. Staff communication sucks. Made reservations for 7:30 and was informed to wait in line for the haunted house which would only be 7-9mins. And we could go have dinner without any issues. When we made it into the restaurant the hostess told us we were late and we'd need to now wait. After explaining what staff informed us, she then said it would only be 5 mins. We purchased tickets online and with the purchase we received complimentary drinks and dessert. The drinks was watered down, didn't taste a hint of alcohol and the dessert is a mini chocolate chip cookie with chocolate pudding on top. There were 4 of us so we ordered the taco meal.
