Similar situation to a recent review. I contacted the store and spoke to a representative and she stated she had a availability on 10/24/23 from 11-3PM and that the technician will call before they show. They never showed or called. This is the 2nd company that has done this in the area. For them to have competing prices as the brand technicians, they can atleast show or reach out to the customer as things change. The worst service and customer service I have ever received from a company. I requested service with my provider and was immediately sent to Suffolk Appliance Parts for service to repair my dryer. I waited 5 days for a call just to have to reach out to them. The person who took the call stated they had tried to call me the same day, but I had no missed call. She then verified my address and said the next available appointment would be tomorrow on 9/6/2023 between the hours of 11-3. I said ok. So on 9/6/2023 with no call from them again, I called at 2:30 to get an ETA, just to find out they said they had no appointment for me. Needless to say, they said they would not be out today and suggested an appointment for next Wednesday or to go to another company. Furious I told them that I would report them and the young lady said be my guest. I went to my account and it showed they had an appointment set up for 9/7/2023 between 1-5. Beware of this company. Made an appointment for a washer repair by asking up front "Do you service Samsung washers", yes was the answer. Now I still have a non functioning washer less a service call charge. The serviceman stated " we don't work on Samsung". Not happy and unlikely to call them again. read more

Very responsive and professional team. Technician was quick to diagnose my problem and make recommendation. Unfortunately, our refrigerator had reached the end of its lifespan. Of you want unreliable repairs and unethical management use this company. If you want reliable repairs and ethical service use someone else. They came to my house give times (for which I had to take off work) and could not fix the issue. All they had to do was tell my home warranty company they couldnt repair it (which they told me they would do) and my home warranty co. Would have replaced washer. But no...They ask for a second vendor instead which means after 3 weeks I still have no washer and have to start process over. DO NOT USE this company. I received the worst customer service from this company. We were assigned this company through American Home Shield to service an oven. After not receiving a call to schedule the initial visit, we reached out to them. We had the visit scheduled but then canceled and then rescheduled again. The technician promised to do his part to request an authorization from AHS to install a new oven. After not hearing from Suffolk Appliance for two days we reached out to them to see what the status was (American Home Shield had informed us that no such authorization request was ever received from Suffolk Appliance). When we contacted Suffolk for an explanation I was told by the secretary that the senior technician (this was not the technician that actually laid eyes on the stove) decided to just replace the board. When I required an explanation as to why they decided to do this and not inform us, the secretary got very curt and told me there was nothing she could say that would make me happy and hung up on me. If you have a home warranty company that assigns this business to do your repair, please request a transfer. Suffolk Appliance has wasted our time and we now have to start over with another company. I do not feel this business is trustworthy and certainly does not provide good customer service. read more

American Home Shield sent my work order to this company. Since I work I called to find out when they would be coming so I could make sure I was available. My first call was answered by an gentleman who said he would have someone call me back. 3 1/2 hrs later no callback. I called again gave my name again was asked all the same questions about brand and issues that I was asked before by a woman who evidently didn't want to be a work today. She was very rude and not apologetic at all and hung up on me twice. If this is any representation of the quality of their work, that's not a good sign. Don't use this company if you want kind, respectful, and courteous service. OWNER... please take heed and hire employees that exemplify good customer service. So how do "diagnose" and charge 80 dollars for a service call, without moving the appliance? much less testing it. The service call charge is a rip off period. A well operated business would offer a discount or waive the diagnostic fee if another unit was purchased from them. read more

These guyz are the best ! We have several investment properties as well as our personal home that have home warranties with First American Home Warranty. In the past several years, we have had occasional problems that have required repairs on all properties. One of these was a dishwasher that leaked from the bottom of the door and was worked on by another local appliance company. They were unable to repair it and after the second return wouldn't answer my phone calls anymore. So I called First American back and they authorized us to use our own appliance repair company and we'd be reimbursed. We called Suffolk Appliance, the guy was out there same day, and found the actual problem in less than 5 minutes ! I couldn't believe it, the other company was replacing parts as they guessed the problem... We paid the bill and the reimbursement was completed w/i a week. On another occasion we called them for another rental problem on a Friday, a trash disposal unit that was leaking. They were there the following Monday am and were driving away within an hour, job done ! They are professional, reliable and I value their expertise in keeping us worry free !
