Stainless steels, Black, name brands, and etc. There's also scratch and dents selections for deep discount counts as well. If there is a particular appliance that you are looking for, just ask and they will try to get it for you. I was able to get my appliances for way cheaper than what Best Buy was offering. Home Depot and Lowe's didn't have my brand/model. So I'm super happy about that. They also deliver and set up your appliance. The delivery guys were quick with the set up and nice. FYI - There's no "showroom" and it feels like a mom and pop shop you're walking into so keeping an open mind will help the experience LOL!!

Honestly, I would not recommend this business because the unreliability of the quality of the product you receive along with the lack of help to resolve any issues. After this purchase I have vowed to only buy appliances directly from the original stores along with a warranty. The headache and extra money that we had to put in to repair the refrigerator was not worth it.

They have a wide variety of scratch and dent appliances available at deep discounts. You can take purchased appliances, mattresses, furniture, etc... with you or have it delivered. Staff is friendly and helpful, much more so than when the store carried the Sears label. Parking will never be an issue here as the huge parking lot is more than adequate to support American Freight and the other stores occupying Super Village Square Shopping Center. Multiple points of ingress and egress from Battlefield Boulevard and Military Highway make it a convenient stop.

Off we went to East Coast Appliance on Military Hwy, in Norfolk. The salesperson (Carol) who helped us finalize the purchase was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. In no time at all we had determined which model we wanted, located it in their warehouse, and made arrangements for a delivery and installation in just 2 days! She certainly set our expectations high for what to expect. The person who kept in touch by text to update us while we waited was on point, timely dispensing needed information thorughout the day on Sunday. And that app you use with the map is such a stress reliever -- no wondering and worrying anymore for those of us waiting at home. Finally, our tech James was the best! He obviously knew what he was doing, and was efficient and businesslike without losing his ability to be friendly. He was in and out quickly with no fuss or mess left for us to deal with. And, of course, the new dishwasher works like a charm. Thank you for employing the three people we dealt with. They changed our "kitchen calamity" into a "dishwasher delight".

He showed us what they had and we picked out the ones we wanted, he was great to work with and he completed the transaction with ease. I called the store and texted the main office. I exsplained I filled out all the information with Ryobi. It made no difference, I was made out to be telling lies. The only reason I'm not going to give 5/5 stars is because my coffee table has a cracked corner, it looked like it might have been dropped or roughly placed while in the box before getting to me. But, the table is so cheap that I'm not bothered by it. I would definitely recommend American Freight for anyone looking for inexpensive furniture!

But lo and behold, February 24th gets here, and I receive a phone call (late in the evening) indicating my furniture wasn't ready, and to help me avoid having to pay separate delivery costs, I'd receive another call when my furniture set was complete. Expecting my wait time to only be a week or 2 counting snow and ice days, I didn't have a severe issue with it not being ready. It was just a little annoying that no one thought the situation through while I was at the store and asked for next day delivery. Being a new customer and how they readily accepted my choice of delivery date, I figured everything was already in stock at the warehouse..... But, long story short, for the next MONTH, I'd receive a random phone call with news of my furniture not being ready, and here it is APRIL 3, 2015, and I STILL HAVEN'T received my furniture! I haven't even received my weekly phone call yet! I've ordered merchandise from China that have gotten here quicker! It's as if AF has to manually design and custom build each piece of my furniture set instead of simply ordering and having it delivered! I must say I'm utterly flabbergasted at the time I've had to wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. I think the next place I should pay a visit to is NavyFed so I can be issued a refund. Do not put yourself in danger by renting a vehicle from HD. my rental broke down 5hrs from my home…read more HD promptly towed it but left me on the side of the road. the next 3hrs were spent calling the store & having nobody ever answer, finally getting through using the Pro Shop #, being referred to a 3rd party company who supposedly handles these things. 1st that company tried to sell me a medical alert device, then HD gave me a diff number & it was for that same company but it was their employee line w/no way to reach a live person. The HD lady, Morgana, from the 800 # was great, but didn't have the autonomy to help me herself. Bottom line, the left me stranded on the side of the road, no way to get somewhere safe, much less get back home. I got a full refund but is that enough for putting & leaving your customer in danger?

Agreed to replace pump but after replacement he did not run a complete cycle to verify the issue was resolved. After he left I ran a complete cycle with the same noise as before the pump replacement. Reached out to inform him the pump was not the apparent issue expecting to receive a response but none has been received to date. Would not use service again. Problem of noise still exists.
