I wanted to love this place the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was so bright and cheery. The shop itself was adorable. Once we walked up to the counter, though, hospitality left much to be desired. I do not like giving bad reviews, and I understand that running a business is tough, but this was an eyebrow-raising experience. We were left standing at the counter for several minutes unacknowledged, despite the fact that there were two people behind the counter. No one even said "we'll be right with you." Once the woman behind the counter finally was able to help us, her entire demeanor said we were inconveniencing her. We ordered the chicken pesto panini, a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, a blackberry lemonade refresher, and a turkey club. We did not receive a receipt and the girl walked away from the register before the transaction was even finished processing. We sat in the dining area and waited for twenty minutes. A member of our party went to politely check the status of our food since we had been waiting for some time for sandwiches. She was informed that the restaurant next door "got busy." Assumably they are sharing a kitchen? I'm not entirely sure what that meant. When we eventually received our order, the same girl who took our order brought our food. She brought out a box of napkins and silverware and threw them on the table. The food was nothing particularly special. The pesto chicken was so dry it was actually hard. The turkey club ended up just being a turkey sandwich with no bacon. The blackberry lemonade refresher tasted like sour mix. I was very disappointed in this place that I was hoping to really like. I will not go back and I will not recommend it to anyone. If a business would like to acquire patronage and keep people returning, the staff might want to treat customers like they actually want them there in the first place. read more

Very nice coffee shop attached to a restaurant on the main strip. Extensive coffee menu and the barista said there were more choices they couldn't fit on the menu! Great selection of pastries that I would have loved to gobble down but refrained (yay, me!). All three drinks were great, both cold & hot. I can't wait to go back to try something else. read more

Foods good. Coffees pretty good. Only reason they don't get five stars is because last time I got a iced latte it was 70% milk and like I kept crunching on pieces of coffee bean (they didn't brew the coffee well). Other then that it's a good spot. Staff are sort of friendly and the actual cafes quite cozy. read more

As soon as you walk into the cafe it's super spacious and comfy. The service was quick and informative. I have allergies and was reassured that there wasn't anything that I'm allergic to. My Ma and I ordered scones. I got a blueberry scone and she got a white chocolate raspberry scone. You can appreciate the flavor of the berries and we liked that it's not too sweet. I only have a photo of the raspberry scones, because I ate the blueberry scone quickly! We will definitely come back here again! read more

Cute little place. Great coffee and atmosphere. Only one downfall they do not have cold brewbut I adjusted. There is a small breakfast and lunch menu, with a few pastries. I did have lunch there one day and had the chef salad. It was large everything was fresh. I would ask that they cut up the lettuce more. It was large leaves. Everyone was very friendly! read more

My sister and I were here a couple weeks ago for breakfast on a Saturday morning. When we walked in it was quite busy and there were many table not cleared off. It looked as if there was only one waitress on duty to wait on people, clear tables, make coffee. We both fell really bad for her. My sister order the ham omlet with toast. If you like ham, you will love this omlet. They forgot my sister's toast. The waitress went to check on it, she said one of the kitchen people took her toast for a different order. As were ready to go they handed my sister the toast, but it ended up being rye bread instead of wheat. My sister thought the toast probably belonged to someone else's order. I ordered the french toast breakfast with eggs, hasbrowns, and sausage. The french toast was the best. I shared with my sister so she could have "toast" with her breakfast. We asked for extra crispy hasbrowns, they awsome. My eggs were a little over cooked and I really don't like the sausage there, which I forgot I didn't like it, as I have had it before there. I have to remember to get bacon next time. We are not deducting points for how busy they were and how short handed they were. Want a nice breakfast at a friendly dinner go here. read more

We stopped on our way home from Letchworth State Park to get some coffee and smoothies. I got an toffee ice coffee which wasn't bad maybe three out of five. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the 18whatever syrups. I'm a Monin fan. The girls got strawberry smoothies which they enjoyed & my husband got a coffee he said was OK. So all in all, a cute place & she's got Wi-Fi. Competent staff. They sell local honey and maple syrup at a fair price. read more

This delightful café has everything your little heart could desire. Amazing decor, great beverages, great service with an excellent attitude to back everything up. The limited staff on hand allows for a community like relationship to develop and they are more than inviting. The vibe that comes from The Sugar Bowl reminds me of Stars Hallow from Gilmore Girls except at a reasonable speed of speaking so it's not too overwhelming. The owner is renovating multiple buildings which will intertwine with this present café and I will impatiently await my return to see what will become of it. And I plan on coming back many times within my future! You should too! read more
