Loved it here! So much less pain than hard wax! I was a loyal European wax center client for the past 7 years. Due to the pandemic they are closed and I decided to give sugaring a chance. The appointment was easy to make. Check in was fast. The process was so much more enjoyable and my sugaring specialist, Chelsea, was so friendly and extra gentle. It's even an easier clean up process at the end. No more having to rip clothing off of skin like a bandaid where wax residue is left behind. It does cost more than waxing but it's worth it. The only place I would want improvement is in their phone department. The day before my appointment I had a question and I couldn't get through after calling a few times. I was beginning to get worried. I gave up that day and was able to get through the day of my appointment. If it was something urgent I would have been very frustrated. This is my second time getting a Brazilian by sugaring, but at a different location. My appointment was with Mallory but I was super early. Okay, about 20 minutes early. So Berlyn was free so I went with her. I was nervous as usual because I expected it to be very painful. Nope! This was the least amount of pain I've had from any waxing or sugar process. Berlin is very outgoing and she talks the entire time. So before you know it it's over with. Yes, it stung in the more sensitive areas but it was bearable. Also, I'll note I didn't have a lot of hair either. My process was probably 15 minutes. The location is clean and comfortable. I will definitely do my follow ups with Berlyn. read more

My daughter just had a bikini and underarm sugaring by Alex....Alex was unwelcoming and rude! My daughter has had this service done several times at the village location with no problems. Alex did not tighten the skin prior to pulling making it more painful than what it needed to be. My daughter even asked her to hold the skin tight and she refused saying that would make it hurt more. She is either new or just didn't care about the service she was providing or comfort level of the client. Not going back! read more

Probably won't be coming back here for a sugaring or spray tan. The girl who did my sugaring was super rough with me and rushed through it so it hurt way worse than any wax I have ever gotten. So this review is long due I've been coming to sugar cove for a couple years now and all I have to say is Rilee, Rilee, Rilee! She's AMAZING!!! If it's your first time and you're debating over who to make your appt with book with Rilee! It's all about the temperature of the sugar, you don't want sugar that's too cool because it hurts more when it pulls against your hair. My first time trying out the sugaring method and Victoria (receptionist) was kind and attentive over the phone and assisted throughly setting my appointment up for the date I needed! It's rare that people are kind and caring over the phone and my experience with her validated me wanting to spend my money there with their company! My esthetician was Natalia D and I cannot say anything good enough to express how awesome she was! She was so nice, informative, down-to-earth and easy to talk to which calmed me down and eased my nervousness! I was so anxious and she did a wonderful job at creating a comfortable environment. Not happy with my very first spray tan. I had white marks all over my feet, and questioned it after the spray tan was complete, I was told that the dis-coloring would fade. It did not fade, and as I was on vacation the following days, my feet looked bad with big patches of white marks. . read more
