So, we left Clara B's restaurant and had a horrible experience (yes, left review), then came to Sugar high). OMG!!! What can I NOT say good about this place? Their menu is by far more extensive than the other place. The prices are bomb! Ok so another amazing thing, they have a coffee menu with like 30 selections! I got Butterscotch pie latte. Sooooo good!! They even have " boozy lates". 8$!!!! They look so good!!! Next time for sure. Ok, I saved the best for last. (For some people). The have VEGAN options!!!!! In Belleville!!! So I've lived her like 4 years and haven't found a place near us with vegan anything!!!! They even had sour cream for my vegan breakfast burrito!!! By the way, my burrito was very good! 10$ was very reasonable. Then surprise!! I got two! It just kept getting better. :) They also have everything vegan once a month, and you can request specialty baked items and they will accommodate!! So, with a very friendly staff (greeted when we came in), good service, reasonable prices, great food and veg options, this will be my new breakfast or lunch place! This little eatery has become the place my son and I end up after church on Saturday evenings. He likes their individual cakes and I like their boozy lattes. They also offer sushi which we have had on another visit and it was pretty good. This is a cute and cozy little place with great service and a homey atmosphere. read more

3rd time coming here. Once was when I ordered a dozen of donuts for my work staff. The owners are always kind. They met me prior to opening so I could pick them up next day. A friend and I wanted to have some coffee. She and I both tried the toasted marshmallow latte. Hers was iced and mine was hot. This place is not only known for sweets, but they do carry breakfast and lunch menu. They have vegan and gluten free options. We got there just in time as more people were flowing in. We did overhear that they do offer a free cake pop for birthday. My friend ordered the egg and cheese croissant. I had their scrambled egg bowl with spinach, onions, and peppers. I forgot to ask for salsa. Both were really good! The reason behind the 4 stars- I had to wait longer on my coffee. I almost thought they forgot. Things to take in: - they did seem short staffed They did apologize about the coffee. They even made sure I was okay with whole milk. They did their best. I also took home two cinnamon rolls and a fritter. They were almost out of the or donuts already made. Their lattes and mochas menu can change around the holidays like anywhere else. My husband and I went there during chocolate on Main. My food was too bland, his was too sweet, and we paid over $30 for 2 desserts and 2 drinks. I won't be returning. read more

My husband always gets that amazing cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting. I'm all about their croissant egg and bacon sandwich, it's so good. It's become a fun little ritual for us. Definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't already! read more

As a Belleville native, I love seeing businesses in the area thrive! This place has been around for a couple of years now and I'm glad they are doing well. The name makes me think "bakery" but they are so much more! They are a coffee shop and have a fairly large breakfast menu. I had the pumpkin pie chai latte and it was delicious. I also had a breakfast quesadilla (I've never heard of such a thing!) and it was good. The decor is super cute inside. I got the Killer Sandwich Matcha and Vanilla Latte The food was alright but it wasn't anything special. They've been open for about 7 months and I didn't know about them??? SO wrong! I think it's the name. I always thought it was just about sweets (donuts or candy), so never looked closely. My bad. It's a cute place, the service was courteous and quick. They offer a discount for cash and military. Their menu is interesting! My waffle breakfast sandwich (I picked sausage as my meat) was decadent! They put just enough syrup on there to flavor it up good, without it dripping out and making a huge mess. Not to say that I didn't need a trip to the bathroom to wash up after... Hubby was in more a lunch mood and devoured his buffalo chicken wrap. He said it had just enough spice. I love it here! I've only tried the salted caramel mocha Frappuccino and the sausage egg and cheese croissant. Both of which are very very tasty! Sugar High is wayyyy out of the way for me, but I've taken the drive just because it's so good read more

The ham is very tender. Good amount of jam. Eggs were very fluffy. The croissant is flaky but doesn't break apart when cut into. So you can get a nice bite that included everything. Would definitely order this again. read more

Found this little place while waiting for the pool to open! Breakfast was yummy and so was dessert (and yes you can have dessert with breakfast!) My breakfast burrito was huge and my husband had a breakfast bowl. He had a frozen Cherry Ski drink and coffee. There are no rules for breakfast :) All the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Sadly, here is another example why teenagers should be supervised closely when serving food. In this particular case, two teenagers were working the counter. I placed my order for a coffee drink, being careful to make sure I had my order taken correctly. The young man who waited on me prepared a 12oz. mocha with oat milk. As he poured oat milk into a steamer cup, he spilled quite a bit of the milk on the floor. He then took a cleaning towel and wiped the milk off the floor and some that was underneath the floor mat. He then placed the towel on the counter next to the espresso maker, steamed the milk, and afterwards wiped the spout off with the very same towel he used to clean the floor! This kid kept referring to me as "boss" in a manner that seemed derogatory, especially when he whispered something to the other young man who then glanced over towards me and both began devilishly chuckling. It's saddening that some young men and women who work in retail/restaurants have no clue about customer service! read more
