Good location for ice cream! Looks like fro yo, but was actually ice cream. Lots of toppings to pick from, and the ice cream taste was quality and not just sugary. Server and owner are very nice and you're able to sample the ice cream, different cone flavors, and some of the toppings. Good photo op and cute location for a quick sugar fix read more

The employees were very kind about allowing us to sample as many flavors as we wanted. The boba prices are great but unfortunately the texture of the pearls was mediocre. It is a very nice and cute ice cream shop. They have many Asian ice cream flavors here. I love the sweet corn, Guava cream cheese, churro... Honestly, I love all of their flavors . Love this place! They have unique flavors that all tasted great. I love the sizes too, perfect if you want a small sweet bite or if you want a full dessert. We got the lemon buttermilk and blueberry cobbler swirl and a pandan coconut. I also like how their tea includes boba in the pricing. The restaurant was clean and had nice seating. Took the family here for ice cream one afternoon and everything was great. I had the dairy free option and it was delicious. The rest of the family had full dairy and loved how creamy the ice cream tasted. The staff was so helpful and excited about the flavors. Loved this spot! The store is very cute! My husband and I love dessert shops. They serve ice cream as well as drinks such as milk teas. They change their ice cream menu weekly. We both had a mix of two fruity flavors something like pineapple and rhubarb. The service is top notch. Enjoyed making conversation with one of the workers. It's a family run business. Fantastic flavors The menu changes every two weeks or so, keeping it fresh. Menus get posted to Instagram which is very helpful. There's always 2 dairy free options and samples are available if you can't decide. Love that there are environment friendly spoons! I've visited multiple times and have never been disappointed :) But what really puts this place a 10 stars for me is the kindness of the owner and the obvious care she puts into this place. I picked up ice cream for myself and a friend the other day and she was so considerate letting me take pics before she put the lid on the to-go order, and adding pocky to my cone so it wouldn't spill while I was in the car. Probably one of my favorite soft-serve places in DFW! I love how they rotate out the flavors every 2 weeks and they really concentrate on quality rather than quantity of flavors. The owner is very kind and is very accommodating. They let you try out all the different flavors and combinations and really want you to enjoy the product you are getting! The interior is very clean and has very bright furniture and decorations. I've recommended this place to many friends who love it as well. I try to at least make it out every month to check our their new flavors! read more

Decided to take the kids here for a quick ice cream trip. We walked in to a cute little shop that the kids complimented after walking in. The owner is soooooo sweet. We made our orders after my son threw a small fit bc he had just woken up from a nap, and he thought we were giving him mini cup ice creams.. when we were sampling flavors. Lol. We got toasted marshmallow and Oreo cookie tiramisu. She allowed us to sit inside and eat the ice cream and had small talk.. as well all need some type of normalcy during this time. Loved the place! Loved the welcoming that she gave us as well as the small talk. I also came home with 3 pints of ice cream of the other featured flavors. Stumbled upon this place after a hefty meal w my friends, who wanted dessert afterwards! Outside they had a chalkboard with various flavors, and inside was a super cute pastel interior! Owner was so nice and offered to let us try out samples of their flavors! They have the MOST unique and delicious flavors that me and my friends have ever tried! They switch out the flavors every two weeks, so make sure to stop by every now and then! They had two dairy free options, I had the blood orange chocolate soft serve with a green tea cone! and it was sooooo scrumptious! All of my friends quickly finished off their ice creams (bc of how good they were) and the owner talked to us more about the flavors. She was so sweet and seemed so passionate about her work! It was a relatively quiet afternoon when we arrived, so we took our time ordering at the kiosk. We prefer using the kiosk because it gives us a chance to make sure our orders are accurate and browse through the different flavors and options we might want to try. After finishing our selections, I was ready to pay when the kiosk suddenly frozen on the payment screen. I tried getting the attention of one of the young ladies at the counter, but unfortunately, she didn't seem interested in helping. In fact, her response and demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed that I was asking for assistance. The young customer she was helping at the cash register actually tried to help me instead, but the kiosk was completely frozen at that point. Thankfully, another young lady at the counter, Wee, noticed what was happening. She approached me with a smile and immediately asked her coworker Caleb (I believe he was the manager) for help. Caleb was great. As soon as he finished what he was doing, he came around the counter and tried to fix the kiosk himself. He remained friendly and calm throughout the whole thing. He also asked Wee to take a picture of the orders displayed on the kiosk so she could ring them up at the register. Luckily, I had taken a screenshot of our order. By this point, more customers had started coming in and the store suddenly became much busier. Despite that, Wee and Caleb continued to be attentive and helpful. Once we received our to-go order, we left happy--not only because the croffles and bubble tea were great, but also because of the customer service and positive interactions we had with Wee and Caleb. They turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. I do want to mention that the other young lady at the cashier wearing the white shirt really stood out for the wrong reasons. Her attitude came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially when I was simply asking for help with a frozen kiosk. One less star rating for that. Overall, though, Wee and Caleb deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Thank you both for stepping in, being patient, and making sure we were taken care of. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in the area and craving our The Alley fix!

It was very satisfying- like if a cloud became a frozen treat. The atmosphere is pretty noisy and is not really conducive to relaxing. I would get mine to go next time.
