I really wanted to like this place, but it feels overwhelming. When you walk in, there is just so much to sort through. They have ready made gelatos as well as fresh gelatos that can be made to order. There are so many flavors to choose from which sounds like a good thing, but taking the time to read through all of it and then making a decision proved to be easier said than done. I found the menu as it was explained to me, confusing. I then proceeded to place orders for what I thought was a doable configuration, then I realized I was barking up the wrong tree. Deciphering a menu should be that hard, but for what ever reason, the menu was more complicated than it needs to be. That aside, I eventually ordered some Passionfruit gelato. It's made to order and frozen with the liquid nitrogen. It was good, but something I probably wouldn't get again. The most best part was the texture. It was very satisfying- like if a cloud became a frozen treat. The atmosphere is pretty noisy and is not really conducive to relaxing. I would get mine to go next time. read more

I got the Thai milk tea with boba and my mom got the original falooda, both were GREAT and I don't doubt it's the same for any item on their very diverse menu!! This is the best gelato place I've ever been to. The experience is what makes it so awesome. The owner of the shop has a plethora of knowledge about gelato and flavors. This restaurant is his baby. He has taken the time to make the space absolutely inviting and beautiful. There are wings you can stand in front of for a wonderful picture, then when he is making the ice cream he uses nitrogen, which has a definite wow effect already. Your kids would love that in itself alone. But he went a step above this. He actually has a hidden button he presses when he adds the nitrogen and there is a light show effect. The gelato was not very good but the place is super clean and colorful. The gelato we tried; four different flavors, the sky high, strawberry, chocolate, and cookies and cream. They're not good. Too sweet and probably too much food coloring. The flavors just taste so chalky. We all got a one scoop and somehow paid almost 20 with tips. The three women workers were Indian and they had a lot of friends or family there just chatting but no one was eating. I got them to go and they asked how long the drive to my house was so that they could factor that into how long to put the gelato in the blast chiller (maybe this is why I had a longer wait as well). The gelato held up for the drive and didn't melt even as we ate it once we got back home! While we got a syringe and syrup on our orders, next time we'll probably skip them since it made things a little too sweet for us -- but we often feel desserts at places are overly sweet. read more
