Well-balanced, soft tasty cake good creamy center. We also tried their lime whoopie which is popular but we did not like it a well. A delicate lime flavor was sandwiched between two cookies. We found this one cloyingly sweet, from the cookies to the filling. The cookie was so soft it broke apart as we ate it and the lime flavor was almost hidden by the sweetness. Only these 3 kinds were available. They sell in two-packs for $5 but don't allow mixing the flavors. We definitely would return for the carrot cake whoopies and to try the chocolate. The store also sells jams/jellies and fudge. It partners in the space with Magnolia Popcorn and sells TwoCrazyNuts (Bartow shop) products. All these make great gifts. and everything is $5 each.
