Perfectly located along the freeway which makes it convenient for travelers like us. We stopped inside and immediately greeted by Jonathon. He gave me many delicious samples of their seasonal fruit and recommended yummy drinks. I purchased the cactus juice, iced vanilla latte, a jar of honey and fresh cut watermelon! It's kind of a big metal two-story industrial looking shack. You might even wonder if you're in the right spot, though there's a sign on the building that says "Rivers Edge Restaurant." The restaurant is upstairs; I recommend rounding the corner to park up at the lot above rather than below. There's a side entrance you'll use, go past the restrooms, round another corner to go past the kitchen, and then you'll finally find the counter. You can order to-go or be seated in the dining area (which is also where there are a few slot machines and a billiards table). The guy running the place is friendly and attentive; he refilled our drinks while we were there. There's a decent number of options on the menu, with some great affordable options. Overall a great experience and a good way to get some food in us to resume our road trip.
