Staff - friendly and knowledgeable. Atmosphere - cute, warm and inviting. COFFEE DELICIOUS. While I could have used a 20 oz...okay fine a 40 oz for the caffeine I need and the stress I'm feeling today lol the 16 oz Vanilla Oatmilk Latte was absolutely PERFECT in flavor. I'll always choose to support and buy local BUT I never ever take the full sweetness offered with them. I forgot to tell my boyfriend to get it half the regular sweetness and had resigned that it was what it was BUT no. I got it made just like they make it and it was perfect. As donuts go these are on my list of favorites. There actually hasn't been a donut from Sugar Vibes that I haven't liked. I particularly enjoy the different fritter flavors that rotate through. My kids enjoy the maple bars and my wife loves the glazed buttermilk bars. Service staff are always friendly and quick. The shop is clean and neat. Decent seating without being cramped. I took away one star because I am annoyed when there is a fee to use credit cards. Their donut prices are higher than many of the competitors and the consumer still gets penalized for using plastic. Bleh. I sure hope they aren't writing off their processing fees as a business expense. I would say... go and enjoy and take cash so you don't get stuck paying what really should be a cost of doing business. read more

I preordered two dozen mini infused donuts to take to our church's potluck. My order was ready when I walked in to pick them up at 8:15 Sunday morning. The employees were friendly and attentive. The donuts were a huge hit! I received many compliments on the quality and people were wondering where I found such delicious donuts since our church is located way over in Corvallis. I ordered two days in advance to give them plenty of time for my special order. 6 mini infused chocolate frosted / Bavarian creme filled 6 mini infused maple frosted / Bavarian creme filled 6 mini infused glazed / lemon filled 6 mini infused powdered sugar covered / raspberry filled I also threw in a couple dozen glazed donut holes for good measure. I have to compliment them on the quality of the maple and chocolate frosting which have delicious unique flavors. These are not the run of the mill cheap frostings. They do not skimp on the frosting or the filling. It doesn't get any better than this. I can honestly say, I have never had better donuts. Take advantage Lebanon. You have quite a gem of a donut shop right here in town! I should add that it is best to go in early or preorder 24 hours in advance if you know you won't be in until later in the morning. Cute shop with old town charm/hangout coffee shop feel. The fritters were delicious!! We had the blueberry and apple - not too sugary and oh so good!! I have been a customer since before the pandemic. We drove the 20 miles to go to our favorite Donut shop. Got there, and the normal crowd was not there. I thought we just got lucky. Ordered 3 old fashioned, 4 Filled donuts, 1 Apple Fritter, 1 Cream filled Tiger Tail, and 3 Cream filled maple bars. Went to the Cash register to pay expecting the normal $28 to $34 that has been the standard price up till 3 weeks ago. Imagine the shock of being told it was just shy of $57! That's a minimum of a 67% increase in three weeks! Looked for the big menu and price board that used to be on the wall, and it's gone! When I said the prices seemed to have gone up, I was told flour prices had increased. Unless they are paying over twice the price for flour, that doesn't add up. As good as their donuts are, at almost $5 a piece, that doesn't fly. Sorry Sugar Vibes, but I'm afraid you have lost a long time customer. Good luck in the future. read more

Talk about an experience! Warm cozy atmosphere to start your day is just the beginning of what Sugar Vibes offers. As soon as we walked in the door the staff greeted us with "good morning!" and "welcome in!" The donuts are unbelievable! My personal favorite is the maple bacon bar. Some amateur donut shops put that fake bacon but Sugar Vibes take no shortcuts in providing the best especially with their fresh bacon and other toppings on their donuts. Interesting donut shop in downtown Lebanon, Oregon. The shop is adorable and the staff is very friendly. I wasn't a big fan of frosting on donuts. The chocolate frosting was ok, it wasn't too bad. But I also had a donut that was glazed with an espresso frosting. The frosting on the glaze really made for a not-so-tasty match. I probably won't be returning. This place is worth the hype. It is a tad pricey but you have to keep in mind you are paying for "gourmet" donuts. Most of these are not your basic chocolate bar or glazed twist. They are also better than any Voodoo donut I've had and they are the same price or cheaper!! We got a mix of 5 donuts. The apple fritter was one of the best I've had and the Bavarian cream was also amazing! The remainder were cake donuts which were delicious!! They have a good selection of donuts! We also got their nitro coffee and white mocha. Both were great! The inside is pretty spacious and has a decent amount of seating. The girls up front were super polite and helpful. My Mom and I shared a Bavarian cream filled donut and later on I tried their maple bar. Their donuts are really yummy. My 4 year old picked out a shark themed donut for her self and a worm with dirt one for her older sister. I like that they cater to little kids. I've gone in SEVERAL times at 9:30 a.m. only to find little to nothing. I get being "open until sold out" concept. I do NOT understand that your closing time states 1:00 p.m. and, at 9:30 a.m., there isn't any donuts. Does the staff want to go home every day at 10:00?! Am I an inconvenience? I try to support small town business, but I'm done going in and being disappointed. Today we're traveling on his 7th bday but kept the tradition going. He loves blue but they didn't have any blue donuts when they found out it was his bday they went in the back and made a special bday donut for him no charge. Went there today (mon) and by 9:45am there was only 3 trays of donuts. And while in line the 2 workers were boxing up a huge call in order . Thus taking most of the donuts. If I was running a business.. I would fulfill the orders from the people inside the building before a call in order. Especially when they were close to running out. Very poor planning.
