I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. Zeus was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

There was a high top bar that I needed lowered and the fireplace needed to be resurfaced. I reached out to FD remodeling and Diego came out and gave me an estimate. Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.

What a disaster! A lot of money wasted! I had Jacuzzi install a shower in my master bathroom…read morealmost two years ago go. I should have canceled the project from the start. After signing the contract with the salesman, I was contacted three times afterwards by the office because there were multiple problems with the paperwork. Afterwards, the installation crew came and installed the shower. Initially everything looked great until I realize the slotted door behind the shower was stuck open. The installers bolted my slotted door open. I technician came out and fixed the problem but he did a lackluster job resealing the panels. Next, another technician came out to clean up the previous job. After a few days the lower trim started to separate leaving a gap between the trim and drywall (look at the picture). At that point, I don't want this company near my house again. The panels aren't leveled, a gap in the trim and a bad seal job. Overall, I wasted a lot of money! I should have gotten a custom title shower at a better price point with a lot better quality. Don't let them fool you because they are at Costco and I haven't even mentioned the deceptive pricing.

I also really appreciated that everyone I spoke to along the way was a Jacuzzi employee, that Jacuzzi is the manufacturer, that there were no middlemen or extra contractors involved.

Mr. Townsend is a gentleman and very detailed in his work. In the picture, he installed all of the cabinets, floating shelves, and did some re-routing of an outlet. He also helped with the countertop selection and helped arrange the installation. We had an additional company do the backsplash, TV mounting, and sink/plumbing installation. We are most appreciative for the assistance we received with completion of this long overdue project for our home and we love the space now even more.

Buyer Beware!!! I signed a contract in April for what I thought would be a 2 day shower…read morereplacement. It took longer and the workmanship was shoddy. They have put a lien on my property for a shower that stays wet because the water does not drain from the bottom. Here's what Google says about standing water: "Standing water can pose significant health risks as it can harbor harmful bacteria and other microorganisms, including viruses, parasites, and fungi. These microorganisms can cause gastrointestinal problems, such as diarrhea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, if ingested or come into contact with the skin." The owner of Smart Bath is in Indianapolis, not Marietta, set 3 people out to deal with the problem. They never suggested a plan to fix it because it would require removing the walls and the floor or basically uninstalling the shower. They offered me a dehumidifier and a discount. In month 3 after the "2 day" install the owner wanted to fly in and visit the bath. I refused him because he had already sent 3 people and he laughed at me when I told him I expected a shower to drain, not stay wet. He said something to the effect that 'what did I expect, it has a flat bottom". Then he exploded and threatened to take my house. There were many other negatives about the "2 day" install. They didn't honor the warranty because none of the 3 people he sent out here suggested a solution. This Marietta/Indianapolis Company should be avoided. They appear to be owned by Sager Home LLC which also has very low ratings.

Jackson Moore, the owner, was the only person out of three estimates to take the time to find the rare wood it would take to keep from replacing the whole downstairs; saving a lot of money. They did a fabulous job matching the new wood with the old wood. When the job was complete, you could not tell the new wood from the old. The whole floor looked new and still does. Recently we had a new oven installed and the workers scratched the floor. Moore came right out to repair the floor. Very satisfied with the service. Jackson Moore always shows up personally to supervise the work. I highly recommend this company!

Beautiful selection of home items, children's toys and books and some accessories, and women's dresses and items. It's like a smaller Anthropologie or something. I didn't realize that I had come in right before closing but the sweet gal behind the counter, Ainsley, was so friendly and told me to take my time. I found a dress I loved and said I would look online but she insisted if I wanted to try it on to take my time and make sure I knew the size I wanted. I contracted Zett and "Quality" Craftsmen to do my roof. Wow, that was the worst contracting…read moreexperience I've ever had. If the only issue was how the trash was thrown everywhere, and the quantity of old nails left on my lawn - I wouldn't be as disappointed with the job. However, Zett admitted to not having fully inspected my roof before installing shingles. As a result, his crew shingled over multiple pieces of plywood that were rotted and molding. Zett refused to rectify the situation, which left me with a bigger bill to have to remove the shingles, replace the decking, and reapply the shingles. If that weren't enough, he was completely condescending and dismissive of the negligent job he and his team did. To compound matters, he placed my family and I in harms way with the mold that was left in the attic as a result of not appropriately inspecting my roof before installation. Hopefully, this review, along with many other reviews, will prevent someone from having a similar negative experience with this company. Stay far away from Zett and Quality Craftsmen.
