They are terrific! I've only used and needed the bronzing. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The environment is chic, clean and welcoming. The tan itself always looks and feels great. I like that the product is natural and doesn't feel like I'm spraying harsh chemicals on my body. I've been to nearly every LA and New York location. This is the worst one by far. They're overstaffed in the worst way: imagine 7 girls crowded around 2 computers loudly laughing and talking while you're getting sugared. The bathroom is disgusting- there was blood mixed with urine on the toilet seat so I had to clean it before going to the bathroom before my service. My service was rushed for absolutely no reason (no one in the waiting room) and the provider just completely skipped steps because she felt like it. Majorly disappointing read more

This is a review for tan Was very disappointed with their solution. It took forever to dry was overly sticky and so drying on the skin. The application felt very rushed and between that and it not drying properly left me kind of splotchy . Very uneven with areas being a lot darkwt than others . I found the undertone to be orange . I was expecting more for a spray tan in 2023 in Los Angeles . It reminded me of when spray tans first became popular Overall it turned out meh . I didn't look like a crazy person but it was definitely messed up in areas. Luckily I am going on a beach vacation. Would NOT recommend for an event . would consider going back and drying longer. read more

UPDATE: Although I'm almost a week in and still fairly green/grey, I would like to note that the director of client experience reached out to me via email and was an absolute angel. She extended her most sincere apologies, assured me that the solution they use has a shelf life of 2 years and was most definitely NOT expired, and also offered a few solutions. I was offered a free bottle of tan remover solution and scrubbing mitt as well as a friendly credit added to my account. While this doesn't completely solve everything as I lost a lot of money and credibility with my agency, I still greatly appreciate and recognize the effort that was put forth to assure my comfort. I will be revisiting in the near future, and I'm grateful for the reconciliation. read more

Do not get a membership here. This company is a crook. If you decide to not get a service, they won't refund you, but will still happily charge the card. When you request a refund, they'll tell you it's non-refundable even though you didn't get a service. And when you cancel, the services you accrued (and paid for) just disappears. Make it make sense. I will be reporting Sugared and Bronzed to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I love it here! I'm he online booking is clutch and the available late appts are what makes this the BEST place for me. I only like to spray before bed but need my entire day for life. The staff is super nice, and the color comes out great every time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My wax was virtually painless and pretty quick! They stay open late, so no need to leave work early to squeeze in an appointment. My arms and thighs came out SPOTTED! Like literal polka dots... I followed all instructions exactly. I have eczema but they told me it would be fine. I've never had this happen with a tan before! I had to go on vacation that day and no scrubbing, tan remover or home remedies worked to remove it. No one at the store picks up the phone. The customer service rep replied and felt very bad and gave me a refund but I looked ridiculous in a bathing suit that weekend. Be wary of any place with perfect 5 star reviews. Then my first time here, this happens?! Nearly all sugared and bronzed locations have perfect reviews. Most are probably fake. read more
