I got a blueberry vanilla latte with oat milk and my friends for the salted caramel latte. The place itself is small and only has one table inside, so plan to take it to go! I was going to take the time to rate each pastry but I can honestly say they are all 10/10! We got: sticky buns, everything croissant with cream cheese, mango New York croissant, chocolate croissant, almond croissant, seasonal summer croissant (S'mores), chocolate and vanilla cruffin, strawberry stuffed croissant, and some filled danishes. My boyfriend said, and I quote, "the most perfect donut dough. Light, fluffy, perfection." His donuts & breakfast sandwich were everything he wanted and more. I personally got the cinnamon roll and I INHALED it. I'm not even a big cinnamon person and I've never finished a roll in one sitting before. Safe to say, we're obsessed. The business is also so cute and boho feeling. Plus they had cute hats, bracelets and incredibly soft sweatshirts for sale. I gave it a four star because I felt like the donuts were very cakey. (Not Dunkin' Donuts level cakey, but pretty dense). Personally, I am not a cakey donut fan. I was hoping that the donuts would be very airy and flakey as many locally owned Asian donut shops. I purchased a pack of his asiago bagels just to try them; the cost is around $2.50 a bagel ($10 for 4 bagels), which is high. They are pretty good, just don't expect Chicago or NYC Bagels, but if you live in Florida, this might be your best in the area. He was giving out his Italian rustic bread, which lacks any structure and flavour. However, for those who purchase any of these breads, just remember that if you do not eat them within 24 hours, always put them in the refrigerator... the heat and humidity will make your bread spoil fast. What Victoria commented about happened because she didn't put it in the refrigerator. All my breads that I make last 5-6 days when properly refrigerated. You can also freeze bread/bagels and cakes, too. Overall, bagels are 3.5 (overpriced); there should be a pack of 5 minimum for what you pay. Italian rustic bread (2 stars), commercial bread quality. Then, while visiting Pensacola, I drove past this donut shop that had the word kolaches in their sign. I thought "here's my chance". Kolaches are sausages wrapped in dough. They look like pastries and come with cheese, spices, etc. They are good. I liked the ones at this donut shop. The donuts were also good and fresh. This is a basic, yet good, donut shop.
